âIâve purchased a few cars from this dealership before and the sales department has always been great, but the service department, absolutely AWFUL.
Iâve taken my vehicle to this service department twice. The first time a few months ago (I believe it was for a recall), I dropped my truck off early in the morning â my service advisor Cileo told me it would be ready that same evening, I heard nothing all day. I called her asking my truck was ready - no answer. The next day comes, I go up there and the let me know sheâs not there and thereâs no update on my truck. I was calling & going up there everyday to get an update and heard nothing because she wasnât there. I went without my truck for a week when I was told it was going to be ready that same day and nobody told me anything.
This time, I dropped my truck off the second week of November (weâre now in March). When I dropped it off in November I was told it would be ready tomorrow or in the next 2 days since they have to wait for a part, again weâre in march and I still donât have my truck (I keep getting told itâs on back order). In February I got told my car was gonna be ready the next morning & heard nothing after that. I was constantly calling after that to see it was ready and kept getting told it wasnât that they havenât even started it. I finally got in contact with the service manager- weeks later he told me they were finishing it up and should be ready soon & heard NOTHING after that, I kept calling constantly again to see if it was ready for me to pick up & kept getting told no updates were done.. weeks later AGAIN, Weâre now in march - the manager calls me telling me they lost my keys and been looking for them the last few days/weeks & they havenât even touched my truck!
I have been constantly getting lied to saying my truck is ready/finishing up. I keep getting the run around. This is absolutely ridiculous, Iâve emailed the general manager multiple times and nothing has been done. I will say he did get me into a loaner vehicle in December, thankfully.
Now - I have to wait âdaysâ for a new set of keys to come in so they can now access my truck.
NEVER WILL I EVER TAKE ANY OF MY TRUCKS HERE AGAIN. DO NOT come here for service needs!â

âI don't even know where to start... I went yesterday for simple service, an oil change. I greated by the gentleman outside and then took me inside to find a person to help me and even that was a problem. He asked 2 employees if they could assist.. one gentleman said he was busy, I can definitely say he was, and the other lady didn't say anything. The gentleman then asked Kelton, Kelton said he was busy but can assist. At this point it was 11:40am ..Kelton then said my service was going to be about 2hrs because they bought lunch for everyone and everyone was going to be on break. I said thats fine. I was in the waiting room till about 2:30pm. No one came to update me and I decided for myself to get up and look to see if my truck was outside. I was outside the service area and I see my truck from a distance PARKED OUTSIDE THE SERVICE GARAGE!!! IM FURIOUS! I walked in with Kelton who saw me outside. I kindly asked the lady, I was pissed off, how long my truck was parked outside. She then proceeded to ask at what time I arrived and I said 11:40am. She told me my truck was serviced and done at 1pm from what the receipt said. I WAS LIVID!!! I just wanted my keys and to leave! My service was refunded and Kelton offered a free service for my next visit. Not to mention I asked for a phone to call and complain and I NEVER GOT IT! I don't care how busy or if you have low staff.. YOU DONT LEAVE A CUSTOMER WAITING TILL 2:30PM AND NOT EVEN A SINGLE UPDATE! And yes I had an Appointment at 12:30pm!!! If I could I would put negative starts..â

âMy sales associate was Jessica. She made it really simple. Was knowledgable and allowed me to make my own decision and did not hound me. Mike the sales manager was easy to work with. Told them the exact car I wanted. Went on a test drive. Was in and out within 1 hr. Financing was super easy. They only ran my credit once with the beat lender available. Got me approved and in a new vehicle. Highly recommend this sales team. 10/10 Experienceâ
