“Just WOW! Amazing experience at Clay Cooley Park Cities Volkswagen buying my new car. Working with Jose in Sales was such a pleasure! He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for, even though the vehicle was not even officially available yet. Jose brought in his manager, Spencer, who helped me get my Tiguan at the price I needed to make it work. Michael in finance was wonderful as well and worked to find me the perfect extended warranty that gave me peace of mind. Everyone was professional, efficient, low pressure, and friendly. I highly recommend.”

“PATHETIC! I bought a car from them on 06/14 and traded in my old car, for which they were supposed to send me a check. It has been 105 days as of 10/06 since they have possession of my car and title, and I still haven’t received the payment. Infact, the car was listed for sale on their website, and now it’s gone, meaning it was either sold or auctioned. Yet, they still refuse to pay me for it. The manager stopped answering my calls, and the corporate office has been no help either. They even sent me a picture of a check without a signature to fool me. At this point, it feels like the entire Clay Cooley Family is full of cheaters.
To make things worse, they added multiple warranties without my consent. When I questioned it before signing the final paperwork, they claimed it was “to lower my interest rate.” Now that I got a flat tire and tried to make a claim, no one will get back to me to confirm if it’s even covered. I ended up paying $300 out of pocket for one tire. Absolutely terrible experience!”
