“I am absolutely appalled at how a purchase that was agreed upon, was not honored by the Ron Marhofer dealership. My deal was created on the Marhofer website at 8AM on Saturday (9/20/25) before the dealership was even open. The website gave me until 9/23 (see the attachment) to complete the transaction. Despite this, I contacted the salesman Jason at 9AM, that same Saturday, to confirm my offer was received. He spoke to his manager, and they agreed that the vehicle was available and that I was able to purchase it. They even forwarded over a link, of which, I uploaded my license documentation. Jason called me back a couple hours later, however, and told me that the car had not even arrived at the dealership yet, That it could not be sold until it arrived. Charles, the sales manager, sent me a message, asking me to complete a credit application at almost 5PM on Saturday. I explained that I was paying cash in addition to my trade. I tried to make a deposit on the car on Saturday and again at 9AM this morning (Monday 9/22/25). Jason told me that it could not be accepted (car could not be sold) until the car arrives & is inspected. As of this morning, the car had still not arrived at their dealership. As of 2PM, this afternoon, I am now being told that the car was sold on Saturday to someone else. This leads me to question the integrity and ethics of both the salesman, the sales manager and the Ron Marhofer organization… I am truly unsure if there was any truth to what I was told. Even worse, neither the salesman (Jason) or the sales manager (Charles) called me to apologize. I am left believing - that they do not care. When you do everything right and what is requested, then you are treated this way, That’s why I started this review as to how I have been treated is “appalling…” Buyer beware you have been warned about this dealership.”

“Ron Marhofer was an amazing dealership to deal with! Jermey one of the managers was so great. I lived 4 hours from the dealership so he sent me lot photos and video of the vehicle so I could get a better look before I drove all the way there. When we got there the vehicle was just as he said and there were no surprises. Felt friendly and upfront the whole process. Alec, the salesman, and Carlos, the finance guy were, great as well!! The facility is very nice and they even gave us mocha’s, waters, and snacks. Would highly recommend Ron Marhofer Buick Gmc!!”
