“Salesperson was very polite and well informed about the vehicle. The finance person knows his job well and was very fast at pulling the paperwork together quickly. Only complaint is that I am not able to use the ikon app due to truck being registered by another dealership apparently. Still haven’t heard anything more about it.”

“Update: I have contacted this business and asked to please reach out to me regarding these issues and still have yet to hear back. They did a hard inquiry on my credit report. I did not give permission and did not sign anything saying they could do this. I am just now finding out after getting many notifications from credit bureau. Now I have to figure out how to clear this from my credit report. I also did not have a good experience as a young woman going here alone to purchase a car. I “deals” they were trying to give to me made absolutely no sense and I could tell they were trying to take advantage of me. They started off by offering me a price that was loaded with add ons. Next, they offered me a car stating it would be the “same monthly price” as the one I was looking at, but the car was almost $7000 more expensive and the loan length was drawn out an extra few years, making the payments appear to be the same as the one I was looking at. Scummy sales tactics. They should be embarrassed.”
