“Terrible experience with this dealer. Sold a car to them at the beginning of the year, 1/1/26. It has been 2 months and I still have yet to receive the paycheck. I did have a balance leftover so to a point I understood it was gonna take a little longer, but 2 whole months?? Every time I call I get the run around of getting forwarded to someone else and no answer to anything. My bank got the pay off amount and sent the title out on 1/6/26 (50+ days). The sales guy max was decent, but everyone and everything after him is the worst experience I’ve ever had.”

“Salesperson was very polite and well informed about the vehicle. The finance person knows his job well and was very fast at pulling the paperwork together quickly. Only complaint is that I am not able to use the ikon app due to truck being registered by another dealership apparently. Still haven’t heard anything more about it.”
