I really enjoyed buying my car at Beaver. Tony was a perfect gentleman not pushy very very responsive to my needs. Love my little car after driving diesel trucks for 30 years it's a real joy to drive this zippy little car!

This was BY FAR the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Go see Jerome! He is so sweet and made the whole experience so much less stressful. Once the car was purchased it was presented to us with a big red bow and a sack full of goodies. You will not regret buying here.

I have two Toyota dealerships much closer to me than Beaver Toyota but I have visited this place twice before when my brother in law bought vehicles for himself and his daughter. Beaver Toyota Cummings is simply top notch. The staff is great! Special mention to Leo, Jill and Kaholy. You can tell everyone loves their job even the ancillary staff. Did I mention how clean the restroom was! Leo is casual and NOT pushy. Jill had the presence of mind to notice my family was hungry😄 and offered us snacks even though she was about to leave work. Kaholy, never a dull moment. She did the finance part and even though it was late, she never seemed to rush us. To top it off they had nice soothing gospel music playing. This may have been the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I WILL STRONGLY recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking to buy a car. My wife and daughter were very happy with their experience also

Tim Autry is a great sales rep. I’ve recommended him many times and have bought 4 cars from him myself. Beaver Toyota always treats us GREAT! Highly recommended for sales and service. I live 7 miles from another Toyota dealer and drive right past to drive 25 miles to Beaver!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding customer service and a refreshingly easy car-buying experience. I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Beaver Toyota, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the level of customer service was exceptional. The atmosphere of the dealership was welcoming, and the staff was personable—it did not feel like your typical dealership, and the experience ultimately proved that they are not. The facility itself was impressive and thoughtfully designed. With amenities like a hair and nail salon, workspaces, comfortable seating areas for families, a kids’ area, a complimentary beverage station, and even a restaurant where you can enjoy lunch while waiting for your vehicle, it felt much more like a “live, work, play” environment than a traditional dealership. Luis Reyes was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel pressured to buy. He took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Communication throughout the process was timely and detailed, thanks in large part to Stacie Navarette in the Client Care Center. Any questions or inquiries I had were addressed quickly and clearly. Russell Tabone, the sales manager, also played a key role in making sure everything went smoothly. What really stood out was how simple and straightforward the buying process was. Everything was well organized, explained clearly, and handled efficiently—no unnecessary back-and-forth or pressure tactics. The vehicle being Beaver Direct Certified added an extra level of confidence to my purchase and reinforced the transparency of the experience. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was prepped, ready, and beautifully presented in a glass room, ready to be driven away. The thoughtful touches—vehicle interior cleaning products and fresh cookies from a local bakery—were the perfect way to end an already excellent experience. When I search for my next vehicle, the first place I will inquire will be Beaver Toyota.
