“i Went to buy a new car at Culver city Toyota. A well dressed young man named Jay LoPorto, came to help me. I had never had a more pleasant experience. He took me around to see several cars. I decided to buy the Camry Hybrid se. Not only did he spend half an hour to explain all the features of the car, but he gave me his cell number to contact him in case I have a question or problem. I never saw a guy more knowledgeable about cars. He connected the apple car play, the phone and made sure the car is washed and the gas tank is full. I had such a nice experience that I told all my friends to go to him when they need a new car. Jay is polite, knowledgeable, patient and a good listener. Toyota is lucky to have him. Thank you Jay for making my car buying experience so pleasant..”

“I had an absolutely fantastic broker that had insisted that this dealership was top-notch- I was so excited because he had sold me on their underground (color) 4 x 4, Toyota Tacoma TRD double cab. I would be adding A runner board and ceramic to protect the paint and also change out the flares with Toyota parts. I planned to do it all at this dealership.… but I’ve received nothing but being ignored, scoffed at on the telephone when trying to get help by not one, but two different men over the phone, whose names unfortunately I did not get. I wish I had. They were so rude on the phone telling me, “just google the Toyota customer service number that that’s what I would do.” THEN TODAY FINDING THE RAZOR BLADE UNDER THE THE ORIGINAL MSRP WINDOW. STICKER THAT WAS PLACED IN THE BACK SEAT?! I DIDN'T FIND IT UNTIL TODAY WHEN I WENT TO PUT SEAT COVERS ON THE BACK SEAT! I could have been cut, Worse, my three-year-old nephew could’ve been cut had he climbed in to the back seat. This basically sucks. I am taking a tissue and handing it back in a plastic baggy so they can figure out who doesn’t care about a new customer’s safety. This is how you treat new customers to Toyota brand?! Look if you don’t like your job jobs find one elsewhere and let the people who actually care about customers have your job. One sales lady is trying to help with the parts. since the individual that was supposed to help me with accessories for the vehicle never contacted me as they told my broker “they would be happy to do.” But now I have to wait because my I am brand new to Toyota and to have this as a first experience from the Culver Toyota Dealership does not make me feel very confident of how Toyota as a brand will be moving forward customer service wise. I will definitely edit this review on both Yahoo and Google. Should they bother to fix what they’ve completely screwed up and making me feel less than welcomed to the Toyota family. I sure wasn’t treated like this at Ford.”

“Got my vehicle on the 31st of December 2025 & am very happy with it. Traded in my vehicle & the process was smooth as expected. Unfortunately when I took my vehicle to get it serviced there was a little issue & Demetrios service advisor took care of the situation.”

“Norma was AMAZING! Look, Im a new mom of twins w limited time. Extra emphasis on limited. I had been car shopping online bc thats all I had time for and its a time consuming process. I was looking for a very specific mini van and I kept getting the run around or the old bait and switch tactic to get me to come into a dealership to “negotiate”. All the sleazy back and forth bs that keeps most of us out of a dealership and pushes someone like me to use carvana or another online car buying service. Just when I was about to give it a break, I contacted Culver City Toyota abt a mini can that checked all of my boxes. The sales rep that reached out to me in response was Norma. She didnt waste my time. She gave me real answers in real time and facilitates as much as she could online. I got a final number that we worked for us and placed a down payment. She was truly a breath of fresh air. Our mini van wouldnt be ready for a couple of weeks but as soon as it became available she reached out and we made an appt We live about 20 miles from the dealership and unfortunately it was raining the day that we went to purchase our car, but it didnt really matter bc again, Norma was there. She met us w an umbrella, helped us w our twins who were along for the ride and made sure that we were taken care of. The minivan was pristine inside and out. All the recalls had corrected. Mechanical repairs had been made and we were given a report of the cars history and the repairs. Culver City Toyota did an excellent job w all of that! The only thing that put a damper on the experience was the financing portion of the car buying transaction. It was unnecessarily long. Our babies got pretty irritable by the end of it all, but thats the way it goes at dealerships so no stars taken off for that. Final note, we were there to buy a used car and Norma still treated us very very well! Shes really good at her job. Efficient and no bs. Love it! Thank you Norma!”

“Very poor experience with Toyota of Culver City sales. We initially agreed on terms, including an out-the-door price, and placed a deposit on the vehicle. After that, the dealership retroactively changed the price due to an error on their end and failed to communicate these changes clearly or promptly. There were multiple instances where we were told someone would follow up within a specific timeframe, only to wait several days without any response. The most serious issue came after the deal fell through. The sales representative stated that our deposit would be refunded immediately, but more than a week later it still has not been processed. When I followed up, the sales rep said they would speak with the finance team and get back to us that day. When I followed up again that evening, it became clear the sales rep had not spoken with finance and instead told me to contact the finance department directly. I have attempted to call the finance department multiple times and cannot reach anyone, and voicemail does not appear to be functioning. I understand that deals do not always work out, but clear communication, ownership, and timely follow-through, especially regarding refunds, are basic expectations. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here, and as of writing this review I still cannot get through to finance to have my deposit refunded. This poor customer experience led us to complete our purchase with another Toyota dealership that handled pricing, paperwork, and communication professionally and transparently. Prospective buyers should be cautious when considering placing a deposit and expect to actively follow up to ensure agreements are honored here.”
