“I was so hesitant to go to Culver City Honda but I am glad I did. I expected to feel pressured and uncomfortable but our sales rep, Geovany Oliva, was so chill and easy to work with. He really made sure we felt comfortable and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at.. We came to this specific location because they were advertising an amazing APR and they had a couple of certified pre- owned CR-Vs that were within my price range. I was expecting to experience the "bait and switch" and all the tricks that so many people experience at a lot of auto dealerships. ZERO shenanigans, zero BS here. We even got the incredible APR that even our credit union could not beat. The finance rep, Yair Avila was great at explaining everything (I was so amused by his screen that doubled as a desktop). Yes, we were given options to upgrade some things that added to the price, but no one here pressured us. The managers weren't called in to pressure us if we declined something. Such a refreshing car buying experience and it was worth the long drive to Culver City. If you are in the market for a Honda, go see Geovany at Culver City Honda.”

“This is for the car buying experience. When me and my Wife came here to Culver City Honda, we did so for the special APR of 1.49% for the two 2024 CRV EX-L that they had. We did qualify for it which we figured we would. With the 8 total CRV's we were looking at between multiple dealerships, the two at Culver City Honda were the best deals. They both had the lowest miles 9k and 13k and the best price on top of the special APR we got. Our sales associate Geovany Oliva was super chill and listen to what we wanted. We told Geovany we had other CRV's we were going to look at but stopped at Culver City Honda 1st. During the whole process, there wasn't any kind of trying to get us to buy this or that, no pressure what so ever. The team knew what we wanted and made the deal happen. Part of this was with the new auto group (Ken Garff auto group) that took over the dealership. They wanted to make the buying experience easier for the customer. This was by far the best buying experience i have ever had. They took my Trade in 2016 Chevy Malibu and I got a total of 1500 for that lemon. With everything I added including my 9 year warranty, I was out the door just about 42k with my 2024 CRV EX-L. This CRV drives really nice, me and my wife are really happy with it. I definitely will come back here if I am looking to buy another car, but hopefully I'm good on that for a while tho lol. The only down side for some will be the Plad Tech which automatically gets put on the car. Plad Tech is like low jack. It's $1000.00 added to your contract, so keep that in mind. Personally tho, I wanted something like this anyways with how often Honda's are stolen and I love the app Plad Tech has. I wanted to get something like this for my Civic so I know where it is at all times, especially if it got stolen. Other then that, it was a long day but we definitely came out happy with what we got. 2024 CRV EX-L with only 13,473 miles on it, practically a new vehicle, plus a 9 year warranty. With Honda's quality and reputation, this CRV should last for a long time. Give Geovany a call, he's got you!”

“Car shopping made easy! Giovanny, Roger, Alex and Rudy made the process painless. When I told them my limit on payments, they provided a swift discount to meet my needs. They even delivered the new Accord to my house. 10/10 would recommend to new car buyers.”

“I contacted Culver City Honda through AAA car buying program. The cars I was looking at were not initially available but I was contacted again once they had passed inspection. The car buying process went smoothly, I had come in pre-approved. The salesperson took me on a great test drive and then drove my car to my apartment as I was in a rental. Really Good experience.”

“I actually bought my car here, and even on day one while I was still in the dealership speaking with the salesperson the staff came off as somewhat rude. The saleswoman who was helping me wore a jacket with a long belt strap, and while they were preparing the car for delivery, she kept walking past and opening the door. Every single time she did, the belt kept hitting the car. It drove me nuts. I had more questions about the vehicle, but I didn’t want her opening and closing the door again and risking more scratches from that belt. When I sat down to sign the paperwork, the finance manager told me that three oil changes were included. Turns out, they weren’t included at all it was actually something I had been charged for and rolled into my financing without being made clear. Six months later, I returned for what I thought was a free oil change. While I was there, I brought up some items that were supposed to be included with the car but were missing. The salesman I spoke with said, “Why didn’t you tell us when you first noticed?” I told him I live an hour away was I supposed to make an appointment and drive all the way back just for something that takes five minutes? He then told me the finance manager wouldn’t be in until 11 a.m. Of course, my oil change was finished at 10:50. I wasn’t about to sit around and wait another 10 minutes at this godforsaken dealership. I probably won’t be coming back. The only reason I bought my car here was because they happened to have the color I wanted. I should’ve just settled for black or white and gone to Galpin Honda instead. This dealership is terrible, and I would strongly recommend anyone shopping for a new Honda to avoid Culver City Honda altogether. Go to Galpin Honda, Honda of Reseda honestly, any other dealership would be better.”
