âI came in to trade in my old vehicle for an upgrade to the trailblazer activ the process was very quick smooth and professional!
UPDATED REVIEW: The day I purchased my vehicle the detailing was horribly done it was clearly rushed and not even clean just must've been ran through the car wash the grill and bumper looked horrible it had the tape on the inside that were supposed to be removed I had to bring it back to get a re-detailing and the driver side mat looks to be used I have requested for new mats still waiting on that however Yanni is such great help with helping me out ! P.S. they don't do re-detailing at they're site it's taken somewhere else so you'll be waiting about 15-20 mins for your vehicle to arrive back onto the lot but ask them for updates or stand outside to see it arrive.â

âI came all the way down from the Inland Empire for a vehicle that ended up being sold before I even got there â understandable. But then I was sold a different vehicle by Blake, which had a few minor issues.
I was informed by Blake that there was a mandatory add that I had to purchase or I wouldnt be able to get the car come to fins out its not mandatory and I'm stuck with it causing me to put down a higher downpayment because of this "ADD ON"
GM Appearance Protection - $2,495
GM Theft Protection - $1,895 (for an identification sticker, not a real anti-theft system)
Clear Shield - $1,490 (cheap film that doesn't even cover the full car).
That's $5,880 in fake add-ons that they make sound "MANDATORY."
The only reason I went through with the purchase was because I was promised that everything on the due bill would be fixed within one week max.
Well, itâs been over a month now, and nothing has been done. No updates, no calls, no communication â just excuses and wasted time. The items they agreed to fix included a new back seat (since the original one was torn), paint scratches, and the driver seat panel. These werenât optional â they were part of the deal. I definitely feel scammed and not happy with my purchase đ
If youâre thinking about buying a vehicle from here, donât believe a word they say about fixing anything after the sale. Make sure itâs done before you drive off the lot, because once they have your money, theyâll ghost you and play with your time. Absolutely ridiculous experience.â

âMost people here are friendly and do their jobs well. The sales department has always been great, but the service department was a bit mixed.
A few times they tried to upsell additional services or charge for something that should have been covered under the warranty. In general, pretty typical.â
