I came all the way down from the Inland Empire for a vehicle that ended up being sold before I even got there — understandable. But then I was sold a different vehicle by Blake, which had a few minor issues. I was informed by Blake that there was a mandatory add that I had to purchase or I wouldnt be able to get the car come to fins out its not mandatory and I'm stuck with it causing me to put down a higher downpayment because of this "ADD ON" GM Appearance Protection - $2,495 GM Theft Protection - $1,895 (for an identification sticker, not a real anti-theft system) Clear Shield - $1,490 (cheap film that doesn't even cover the full car). That's $5,880 in fake add-ons that they make sound "MANDATORY." The only reason I went through with the purchase was because I was promised that everything on the due bill would be fixed within one week max. Well, it’s been over a month now, and nothing has been done. No updates, no calls, no communication — just excuses and wasted time. The items they agreed to fix included a new back seat (since the original one was torn), paint scratches, and the driver seat panel. These weren’t optional — they were part of the deal. I definitely feel scammed and not happy with my purchase 😕 If you’re thinking about buying a vehicle from here, don’t believe a word they say about fixing anything after the sale. Make sure it’s done before you drive off the lot, because once they have your money, they’ll ghost you and play with your time. Absolutely ridiculous experience.

So many dealerships make the buying process feel like a battle. But working with Viri was actually enjoyable. She was easy to talk to, never tried to “sell” me, and just gave honest answers. We looked at a few used SUVs and she walked me through which ones had clean histories and which ones had more warranty coverage left. I appreciated how she put everything on the table and let me decide. I ended up going with a certified Blazer and got great financing thanks to her team. She even followed up the next week to make sure I got my insurance set up and the car was running great. That kind of follow-through is rare.

Rating:

Most people here are friendly and do their jobs well. The sales department has always been great, but the service department was a bit mixed. A few times they tried to upsell additional services or charge for something that should have been covered under the warranty. In general, pretty typical.
