ā€œThis is my 3rd Nissan car. I searched high and low for a good deal and visted different Nissan dealership. So I drove all the way from St Charles to try M’Lady in Crystal Lake. I was promptly assisted by Edgar and Ryan. I explained what I’m looking for in a car as well as my budget limit for monthly payment. Edgar worked with me and was able to meet my requirements. Impressive. Edgar and Ryan were really helpful even though they did not offer us a cup of coffeešŸ˜Šā€

ā€œWent in with an early termination lease on an 2023 Nissan Rogue and Alex and Company were able to get me into the exact car and color I wanted at the price I wanted. Even got me all-season mats and Lifetime oil changes. Used to go to another store but they couldn’t match the pricing and didn’t have the car I wanted. Amazing dealership Update: just went in today for my first oil change at 5,000 miles. I came back here because I was told I get Lifetime oil changes with my purchase. I was greeted promptly by Ryan, who I knew because he and I had previously worked together at another dealership. He saw I had an appointment today for 9:15am but I was early (got there at 9am). Told him I wanted an oil change and a tire rotation and to check for any software updates. Ryan took great care of me. Kudos to him. I even ordered some accessories while I was there. What made this not a great experience was that, even with an appointment, it took 3 1/2 hours to do. I can’t blame Ryan because he was wonderful. I just think someone should know about this. I have to see if that happens in the future. I will likely return to this store as they are close to me and Ryan was stellar. I also will give him glowing review on his survey because, even though I felt like it took a very long time, he really did a great job.ā€
