“Wonderful dealership! Tina sold me my vehicle, never pressed me with the usual fluff often experienced at other dealerships. Started the process online. Came in and told Tina my budget range. I was in and out in 45 min with a 2020 Bighorn which I absolutley love. This purchase was 1 year ago. Now buying any used vehicle comes with minor incoviences. During this snow storm, my starter went out. Showed up this am at 7 and Todd the service manager was here to greet me. Thank goodness they had a starter on hand. It is currently being repaired at zero cost to me because Tina had mentioned the warranty that they sell and what's covered. All employees here are super nice. However, without aTinas mention of the warranty and Todd's legit concern on me getting to work, I would have been in a major pickle. Marshall Dodge, Tina and Todd have a customer for life.
