“Three words: Dee.Light.Full. Exactly the experience from start to finish with Roberto Brandon! What a courteous and overall respectful individual. Okay, and kind and professional. Wait, genuinely sincere and thoughtful, too... ☺️ It's occurred to me as I'm writing this review, technically Roberto is a "used-car salesman". Which makes me laugh as he couldn't be further from the stereo-typed UCS. He exudes entirely too much integrity and honesty. From initial electronic exchanges, Roberto was timely and proactive. When hubs was questioning the potential of a stain on a seat, Roberto took the initiative to create and send a video quelling hubs' concern. He was accommodating, offering to receive me at the airport to avoid public transportation, also providing opportunity to test-drive the vehicle. He had forethought and consideration, ensuring both caffeine and hydration were in the vehicle for my long-drive home should the deal be closed. (Also demonstrating the effectiveness of the "cooler" within the console.) He was a cordial "host" during the time necessary in the dealership to complete paperwork, repeatedly offering snacks and drinks. He facilitated reasonable negotiations. Learning he was a member of the military was in no-way a shock. He most definitely had the mannerisms of a cordial, respectful, honest serviceman. I value him as a person, a USED CAR SALESMAN 😂, and as a representative of our military. 🫡 🇺🇸 If you're reading this, I certainly hope YOU find opportunity to be in Roberto's company and good service.”
