“I can't believe how easily we found such a marvelous truck!! My "better half" found the truck on their website and during a very icy time with the weather, but our deal was "Tyler-made". Yes, Tyler is amazing! His knowledge, customer service skills, and overall personality made it even better. We've already gone back for our first, free inspection. I honestly expected to hear that this needs done, or that needs done, but nope - they suggested an oil change and tire rotation, but that's all. Having owned our 2019 RAM for almost a year (it's now Jan 2026 and we bought the truck in Feb of 2025), I'm totally satisfied with the truck, the deal, and the service department at 4YCC - we are following the routine maintenance requirements for the truck.”
