“It isn’t often that you have an issue with your vehicle and don’t feel as though you’re getting the run around when you call the dealership to get it fixed. When someone goes out of their way to truly understand what you’re dealing with and then, goes the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of, it’s time to point it out. Christie Norwood is the manager I spoke with and she went above and beyond to help resolve my issues and her team of service technicians followed through with everything she suggested. That alone will cause me to be a return customer.”

“Christie and her team always do a great job! Christie the service manager and her team are knowledgeable. From the simplicity of an oil change to tightening the connections on my battery to replacing my husband’s differential!
As soon as either of us have a vehicle issue, we call Christie and know her team can and will handle it!
We can also tell that Christie’s team really values her leadership!”

“I Recently visited Express in Covington for a sensor repair on my 2025 Chevrolet . Prior to bringing it in I assessed the issue , which I believe would take approximately 20 mins to resolve and require a part causing around $16 , However , I chose not to fix it cause it was under warranty , made a appointment took two weeks to get it in . After having my vehicle for a few hours they contacted me claiming rodent damage , which they stated was not covered under warranty . I knew this to be untrue and instructed them to reassemble it , as I would pick it up that afternoon . Upon arriving I found they had repaired the issue and now were claiming they did me a favor . In my opinion they only fixed it because they knew I would uncover the truth . As a seasoned mechanic with extensive knowledge I took my vehicle for a second opinion. And verified that the panel they claimed was from my car was actually not from my vehicle I was provide with a photo of a damage panel . Which they claim was from my vehicle . But further investigation revealed this to be inaccurate . I am advising others to exercise caution when dealing with this service provider , as their actions seemed to be a deliberate attempt to deceive and charge for unnecessary repairs . ultimately , they ended up fixing the issue and charging the warranty company , despite initially claiming it was not cover

“The GSM Brandon Evans was great he took the time to go over everything with us. He had the car that we wanted brought from GA so that we could purchase it. We worked also with Lauren Smith to receive a great deal. I recommend going to Express Chevrolet to see Brandon and Lauren.”

“We showed up right at closing after traveling to multiple other dealerships that day and Mike was more than happy to show us our Jeep. Brandon stuck around to check out our trade as well, and to work out a deal. Juan in finance was great too, and made everything as smooth as possible! Huge thanks to these 3 guys for staying after close an hour and a half to get us in our Jeep! One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership and I’ve bought ALOT of vehicles in my time!
