⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Service from a Wonderful Team We had a great experience at Covina Volkswagen, and the whole team made everything easy and stress-free. Lya, our sales agent, was kind, patient, and very helpful. She answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. She really cared about helping us find the right car. Diego, the manager we worked with, was honest and clear. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and made sure we felt comfortable with every step. George in finance was great too. He explained all the paperwork clearly and made the process quick and simple. Everyone worked together as a team, and it showed. We felt respected and taken care of the whole time. We would definitely recommend Covina Volkswagen to friends and family and would be happy to come back again.

Best deal makers in the area! We loved how they got right to the bottom line. William was so knowledgeable and just a straight shooter. Highly recommend Covina VW if you are serious about buying a car and don’t want to spend your whole day there. We called ahead, got the real numbers over the phone, came in and left with the car within an hour. Thanks so much to William and also Leonard in financing.

Took a vehicle in today for manufacturer’s new vehicle warranty service, which involved a passenger side broken latch underneath the rear beach seat. Asked my service advisor, Ruben if his technician can help check for a lost AirPod that might have fell through the seat belt buckle gaps, and was advised there might be an extra charge for this particular request. I told Ruben it would take only two seconds to look underneath the seat cover for the missing AirPod once the technician removed the rear bench seat for factory warranty service. Manny, the service department manager reached out to me and was so professional and genuinely helpful. Thank you service team for checking and helping me find the missing AirPod!!
