“September 2024 I bought an 18 used mustang. Three weeks later the check engine light comes on. I called to get it resolved but because there are so many laws protecting dealers from used car purchases they “couldn’t help” because the car is “as-is” . I took it to a mechanic and it turns out the car has a tune, which means If I want to sell it I need to clear that first. Hindsight, do a PPI for used cars. Still, it’s not right that people take advantage of others trust like that.”

“We were helped by Juan on the sales team. He was very helpful and educated on the truck we were interested on. If he didn’t know the answer he was quickly looked it up. He took his time and did not do any hard selling, which is wonderful.”

“Josh made sure I had a great buying experience and that I was satisfied with my new car.
I didn't have an appointment so I just walked in and I was lucky I was greeted by Josh. He was very friendly and took me for a test drive. After that we went inside he made sure I was comfortable got some waters and soda for me. I was doing a trade-in and I was worried about not getting a good price for my old car. When he came back with the numbers I was happy with the price he offered me for my old car. After negotiating and getting his sales manager Chris involved they offered me a great deal that I couldn't refuse to buy. I can say Josh and the sales manager and the finance manager were very transparent & explained their prices and accessories options in detail and warranties. They made me feel very confident about signing on deal after I understood the contract. If you're looking for a great customer service team this will be a good place to check out. They will make sure to meet all of your expectations.
Traffic was horrible coming from the valley, I spent two hours in traffic but it was worth the drive for a great deal.”

“Richard Ryan was the gentleman helped myself and my husband out so much!!! He was wonderful!!! When we first went in to have the catalytic converter replaced he had the process taken care of quickly and efficiently. Then when we had a very dangerous break of the control arm for the wheel. He expedited the process and had the whole thing serviced and fixed within a day!! This helped myself and my husband save so much money on a rental car. All in all it was a great experience over at Covina hills Chevrolet and we will continue to have our car serviced there. Thank you again to Richard and the whole service team!!”

“From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. Caesar was fantastic—helpful, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered without ever making me feel rushed. The test drive went smoothly, and when it came time to talk numbers, the process was clear, honest, and stress-free. Aaron who was next to us helped answer questions about the Chevrolet app and other pertinent information about the car I was purchasing. Their kindness and teamwork was phenomenal.
What really stood out was that the General Manager, Garland Latta, personally greeted me, took the time to chat, and made the experience feel even more welcoming and enjoyable. The finance process was also high-tech and efficient, which made everything move along seamlessly.
Overall, this team made what can often be a stressful process feel easy, comfortable, and positive. If you’re looking for great service and a dealership that truly values its customers, I highly recommend them!”
