“George nick and the rest of the staff have been extremely unprofessional and unhelpful when my vehicle has to be serviced by the dealer. The reputation of curry Toyota has really gone downhill with the lack of discussion and updates on the servicing of a car. I have been waiting over 2 days with a singular vague update and no rental vehicle while they take their sweet time running diagnostics on my vehicle, simply unacceptable.”

“I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this dealership curry toyota I signed a purchase agreement, paid a $1,000 deposit, and the vehicle was clearly identified by VIN 5TDZSKF..... in the contract. The very next day, they called me and said the car was sold at auction. Selling a vehicle after taking a deposit and signing a contract is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This is a clear breach of trust and raises serious concerns about their business practices. I am now forced to chase my own money and waste time dealing with a situation that should never happen at a legitimate dealership. I strongly advise anyone considering this dealer to be extremely careful, get everything in writing, and think twice before leaving any deposit. That's my second experience like that the same thing they palying games with costumer”

“The initial customer service experience was amazing. George was very helpful and honest with me when i was buying a car here. I give him a 5/5. In addition, the initial finance experience was great, but not the same can be said about the post purchase care. I tried multiple times to reach out to basil from the finance department and received zero reply emails in 2 weeks... Even though I purchased the car the same month. It's like they don't care once you sign the finance paperwork, and you're on your own. If post purchase care is important to you, I would recommend going elsewhere”
