“Be Leery of this dealer! They sell you a 120,000 bumper to bumper warranty on a brand new Accord Touring hybrid. Nothing to worry about, right? Think again! I have bought 3 new Hondas in the last two years from this dealer. It's like pulling teeth to get them to do warranty repairs in general. Service is a nightmare. My Accord (2023) has rust on both rear doors inside the seals. They denied my 5 years unlimited milage rust claim. They could care less and send you on your way. I have been back and forth with corporate for over two weeks, stonewalling, gaslighting, endless transfers from department to department. $2,000 a month in Honda payments, not exactly the $2,000 a month treatment! Now I pursue Arbitration and a possible lawsuit. The mask falls off and you can see what this truly is, taking your money with a smile on their face and then turning their back on you. S-H-A-M-E. Everybody is all smiles when they get their car and promises. I am here to tell you with experience just wait and see! Never again.”
