“Straight up lied to by Moe. I was trying to buy a Colorado and I called before leaving kingsville which is where I go to school. I asked if they had any Z71’s that I could test drive, Moe said “ya I have 2 on the lot right now” so I drove the 50 minutes to come test drive. Once I arrived I talk with Moe who never once got out of his chair, and of course claimed the only Colorado he has is the one in the showroom. Unless Moe was able to wrap up 2 sales in 50 minutes then he was lying from the start. So I asked him if I could drive the one in the showroom and he said “no” so I left Moe sitting in his chair and the next weekend when I was home in Houston I bought a 24’ ZR2. Moe should take people more serious regardless of age and or perceived wealth.”

“Both Anna and the mechanic took very good care of me and my vehicle. I had a dead battery and had to have my car towed in. It was right close to 5:00 pm and every one was getting ready to go home and had no transportation available either. I take care of my parents and they cannot drive. So, had no way to get home. Anna went and asked one of the mechanics that had no left yet if he would stay and put a new battery in. He did and I can't say enough to have that kind of customer service these days. I appeciate the mechanic that stayed and Anna to make sure I was taken care of so I could get back to my parents. Thank you for the great customer service that was given to me without getting upset about staying to help me. I am very happy.”

“Gunner met me with a smile and a handshake as I exited my vehicle at the dealer. He asked me what he could help me with and we spent time looking at different vehicles. I left telling him I was not prepared to buy that day but would ask for him when I came back. I brought my husband back the next day and we looked at several vehicles and drove one. We looked at ordering for a specific color and 4WD but then found a 4WD that had everything we wanted except the blue color. We drove it, then talked about purchase price/trade price, ordering. They made us a great deal, and we took the one on the lot instead of ordering. Gunner went over everything we needed to know inside and out. We left very happy customers. Gunner has since called to follow-up on any possible questions. Gunner was an excellent salesman. Very kind, very empathetic, very professional and shared lots of knowledge. “It was quite an experience, the salesman quickly met us as we parked at AutoNation, a nice SUV was chosen, a TrailBlazer, very Happy with the vehicle, but there was an odor in the vehicle. We did choose a used vehicle, they detailed it, but the odor was still there. I shampooed the entire vehicle too, still a faint smell. But still happy with the purchase.
