“I have been bringing my Pilot to Rapid Honda for at least five years. The service I receive is perfection. I work with Shawn Richter. He is very detailed and knowledgeable. He also is very friendly always makes me feel welcome. Brian Nordstrom is the Tech who works on my Honda. He is very good. He keeps me up todate on all services I need. “It was great. The team understood our goal, financial ability, and timeframe well. Aida and the team were professional while being personal. The manager, Wade, came over and was very helpful and honored his team's word to get us in and out in a timely manner with a great deal on a very well taken care of van that will ideally take care of our family for years to come. They were honest, efficient, and didn't try "selling" us anything that was beyond what we came in for. Very pleased. Highly recommend.”

“I was on a mission to find the exact vehicle my wife wanted, down to the color, at a price that made sense. That mission turned into a national search, and I quickly realized I might be better off buying out of state and shipping the car to Tennessee. That’s exactly what happened once I connected with Steven Peck at Rapids Honda. From the start, Steve stood out. The vehicle was priced competitively, and as soon as he received my inquiry, he reached out right away. Buying from out of state, I knew there was a risk I could be treated as an afterthought, but Steve made sure that never happened. Most of our early conversations happened over text while I was at work, and even in between his own customers, he was quick to answer questions about pricing, availability, and details. He recorded 2 videos for me, one introducing himself and the second of the vehicle. At one point, we discovered they had two identical vehicles on the lot with only a few hundred miles’ difference. When one was sent out as a loaner, Steve quickly pivoted to secure the other for me. Like many dealerships, they initially sent over the sales slip with the usual “added options” package, but a quick call and a few messages later, he had it all corrected without issue. He even called twice on his way home from work to touch base on details and next steps and make sure I felt good about how things were going (and he was off the clock)! This was Steve’s first out-of-state sale, and while there were a couple of small learning-curve moments in the paperwork process, he handled it well. (Rapids might consider giving the sales team better scanning tools for those long agreements, though; access to certain documents digitally, etc) Even so, Steve made sure everything went smoothly: paperwork was overnighted both ways, he kept me informed at each step, confirmed when payments and documents were received, and made sure management was in the loop. He and Hunter stayed after they closed to take my downpayment and then he and Ingrid worked the next day to process an additional downpayment. Steve even stayed connected through the shipping process. I arranged my own transport, but Steve wanted to personally escort the car off the lot. He coordinated with the driver and gave me updates until the vehicle was safely loaded. When it arrived a few days later, it was exactly what we wanted, actually even better in person. Steve is personable, attentive, and communicates with a level of care that’s rare in car sales. He made what could have been a stressful, complicated long-distance purchase feel simple and seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him, especially to anyone considering buying from out of state. I will check Rapids, and specifically with Steve, the next time I need another vehicle before I go anywhere else!”
