“Frank Pierce- My Husband called your service department THREE times today to verify that he would have a rental car available. He was assured and assured. The reason he had to be assured is because he had to travel THREE HOURS to get to that appt!!! Then when he got there, everyone leaves a little older woman to take the heat. No rental available. Sick. We have purchased THREE trucks from your dealership in the past 3 years!! This is how you treat your customers?”

“Our car buying experience was great. Trying to contact someone in finance a few days later was not so great. My original phone call was sent to a group line, after some rings, the ringing stopped. There was just dead silence. A little bit later, the phone disconnected. Called back, the call was sent directly to a finance person (wasn't told who and their voice mail message didn't state their name). I never got a call back. My spouse ended up going into North Country Ford the following day.”

“I had such a great experience buying my 2023 Ford Explorer here. Mya Moua, my sales associate, was wonderful to work with—kind, patient, and never pushy. I genuinely felt comfortable throughout the whole process, which isn’t always the case at dealerships. Devon Buege in finance was fantastic, too. He went out of his way to help me fix an issue with my financing, and I really appreciated how supportive and transparent he was. Both Mya and Devon made everything feel easy and stress-free. Mikki Shea - very kind and friendly too - made sure to help us pick an accessory package that wasn't over the top - but just right for our needs. My ten-year-old son who was with me throughout the whole experience said as we left, "Mya is the best sales person ever!" I feel really good about my purchase, and my son and I will definitely stop in to say hi whenever we stop in for service. Great dealership with great people!”

“I returned a vehicle within 48 hours of signing the paperwork because it broke down and had to be towed back to the dealership with only putting on 17 miles. When we arrived, the manager who needed to sign for the return had already left — even though they knew we were coming with the tow truck. It took until October 15th to get my down payment back after returning the car on September 29th. When I checked in person on October 13th, they claimed all the paperwork was done, but I still hadn’t received a check. Two days later, it was suddenly “found.” They also lied about sending the loan closure paperwork, claiming it was handled on 9/30, yet my loan stayed open for nearly a month. No manager ever spoke with me, and when I went to pick up my check, the sales associate who sold me the car hid behind the desk rather than acknowledge me. Completely unprofessional and dishonest experience from start to finish. Avoid North Country Ford — once they have your money, they stop caring.”

“They had some great prices on some almost new demo 2024 F150s. I wanted one, offered a low price, and when they declined I walked away. The first salesperson was nice, but seemed disinterested. However, I talked to someone else and they came way up on my trade for more than I probably would of got from any other dealer, so I decided to go with it. I'm VERY happy with the truck so far and overall, the experience wasn't bad. My salesman was GREAT and the finance team I worked with was NOT super pushy and made things quick and easy - very friendly. Of all the times I've purchased a car, which has been 5 now, this was probably the best experience. I've been at 3 different dealers and I think I'll be back.”
