“Excellent customer service! Appointments always take a little longer than expected for oil changes. But the tech does a great job! I love they let me bring my own oil and filter! They are always friendly and polite while I am there! I have purchased 2 used vehicles from here too. Had my last car from there now for over 10 years. They do such great work, they keep my vehicle running and is not falling a part! Thanks for having such a great team!”

“I will never bring my truck back to this place. I dropped it off to have the seal on my rear window inspected due to water leaking into the cab. When I picked it up, there was glue smeared all over the window. I immediately emailed a photo, and instead of a call, that I requested, I got a text from the service rep Natasha (Tosha) saying they'd send someone out to clean it.
When the tech left, without saying a word, I went out to inspect the window. It was worse. The window was completely scratched. I sent another email with photos and a text requesting a phone call. Again, no one bothered to call, just more texts telling me to bring it back in. This must be their only form of communication.
I brought it in Monday morning. They gave me a rental and said they'd be in touch. I texted the following morning to ask a simple question and was told it had been sent to a body shop. Then silence. An entire week went by with zero updates. I had to text again the following Monday, nothing. Finally, after I sent another text on Tuesday, I was told I could pick it up.
Not once during this entire ordeal did anyone offer an apology or take any responsibility for the damage they caused or the poor communication.
I was treated like an inconvenience from start to finish. Completely unacceptable. If you value your time, your vehicle, or basic customer service, take your business somewhere else.”

I came back to the dealership after buying a used car just to have the key fob not work at all. While driving to the dealership to get a new key my check engine light came on. I had only had the car for 5 days.
When speaking with a maintenance dep manager I was told that I would need to pay for not only the key fob repairs but also whatever the diagnostic report would come back with. Thank goodness for the sales associate having a little bit of empathy for the situation because the used care sales manager was no help and did not offer any solutions other than being able to run a free diagnostic which he claimed to be 300 bucks. I ended up returning the car for full price but this came after needing to negotiate which should not have even came to that point considering I had only have the car for 5 days.
Over all a poor experience with customer service and I am now not only missing work but also out of means of transportation. After reading several reviews of poor customer service at this location I should have seen this coming.
This my first ever negative review I’ve written in my life as I understand things happened and people make mistakes. But this should never happened to anyone. Ever.”
