“Ms Sonia in service went over and beyond. She knew her tech was gonna come in later so she arranged for me and my baby a ride home so that we didn't have to be there all morning. She made sure that when time to pay she didn't just send me over to pay and explain what was done because I had extended warranty and was not being charged the price on the bill.
