“I came in with my parents after calling earlier in the morning to see a specific used car. I was told that I would be meeting with a sales manager (I believe his name was John). However, when we arrived, a woman came out to show us the car and seemed to have very little knowledge about it. After noticing there appeared to be an issue with the vehicle, I asked if we could see a different car. She left and didn’t return for about 15 minutes. During that time, no sales manager or other sales representative checked in with us. Several staff members were at their computers but no one acknowledged us or offered assistance. We ended up leaving and going to the dealership next door as walk-ins and were able to purchase the car we were looking for there. If customers take the time to call ahead and come in with their family to view a vehicle, there should at least be some level of follow-up or basic customer service. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing.”

“This is my first time dealing with this dealership and they were AMAZING! Everyone was super kind and helpful. From the fist phone call, to Julian my service Advisor. ( I can’t recommend him enough!!!) The dealer up the street tried to rip me off. So I call Concordville Subaru. The young lady on the phone listened intently. After hearing my concerns, she patched me through to Julian at service. He listened and assured he could help me. Julian took excellent care of me and came in at a fraction of the other guys price. “We just bought our first Subaru. We had to decide between the Forrester and an suv from a non-Subaru dealer. We liked both vehicles but we went with the Forrester. The reason was because of the treatment we received from both Setta and Ty. They really listened and worked with us. They were a pleasure to work with. “Just bought my first car here! Used this location for leasing a Crosstrek and loved it, so wanted to buy a car from them! And… I live an hour away! Doug was our sales guy, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Let me test drive a few cars without feeling pressured. He suggested a Forester Touring which I wasn’t even originally looking at but that is what I ended up buying! I love it. The buying process was quick and easy. Khaled, the GSM, was nice and helpful as well. Tim handled all of the paperwork and explained everything to me, answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this location!”
