( I can’t recommend him enough!!!) The dealer up the street tried to rip me off. So I call Concordville Subaru. The young lady on the phone listened intently. After hearing my concerns, she patched me through to Julian at service. He listened and assured he could help me. Julian took excellent care of me and came in at a fraction of the other guys price. “My husband and I were shopping for a new used vehicle. We always dread and try to stay away from dealerships due to bad past experiences. We found a car on auto trader that we really wanted to see and happened to be at the dealership. This was by far the best experience we ever had from a dealership. our sales person Nathalie was out front and greeted us right away. She knew all about the car, had a car fax report ready to be reviewed, was not pushy at all, took her time with us to make sure our questions were answered and we felt comfortable. The manager was great as well. We did not buy the car then and no one at the dealership tried to pressure us. We did go back and buy the car a few days later. The whole process was easy and efficient. We were approved for a better financing rate then my own bank could offer us. There were a few minor things we asked to have fixed on the vehicle before we would purchase it, they approved everything we asked for. A few days after bringing the car home we had our personal mechanic look the car over, he advised the battery was leaking. We called Nathalie right away, a new battery at no cost to us was approved within a few hours and installed the next day. We thank everyone at the dealership for their hard work and treating us like we are actually people and not just a number or a sale like most other dealerships do.”
