“I am very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a brand new 2025 Mazda CX-90 Plug-In Hybrid, and by only 16,500 miles all four original tires were completely worn out and required full replacement. This is far below the expected lifespan for a vehicle in this class, especially one used for normal daily driving and properly maintained.
All scheduled services have been performed at this dealership, and the vehicle has been driven responsibly as a family car. Despite this, I was informed that premature tire wear is a known issue with this model, reportedly related to the vehicle’s weight, yet no meaningful assistance, repair, or goodwill support was offered.
This creates an ongoing financial burden and raises safety concerns, as tires should not require replacement on a yearly basis for a vehicle at this price level. I hope Mazda takes responsibility, addresses the root cause, and supports its customers appropriately.”

“I have purchased many new cars at different dealerships and the experience at Concord Mazda was clearly superior. Our salesman was friendly, helpful and not pushy or heavy on sales tactics. Simply helped us understand our options and availability of our preferred color, trim level and available Mazda financing options. Our credit manager went above and beyond helping us apply for and get good financing and select useful maintenance contracts at good terms. I would definitely come back for future purchases, and will use this dealership for our scheduled service.”

“Excellent service. Angel listened to what I wanted and shared the CX90 vehicle via text and scheduled an appt. I purchased the vehicle the same night. Everyone at Concord Mazda has been great to work with over the years. I purchased my 1st Mazda in 2015 from Concord and am happy to continue working with this team.”

“I had the worst dealership experience of my life. They told me they would accept my car as the full cash down payment, like the typical minimum down payment you hear about in the United States. That is what they promised me in the beginning.
After they ran my credit, they completely changed. They did not keep their word. They gave me a joke of an offer for my car, not even enough to buy a bad bicycle. They made me wait the entire day, tried to wear me down, and attempted to take both my car and my cash.
They will not keep their promises. They will damage your credit score and leave you frustrated and helpless. Always get an official written statement before they run your credit. Get a real offer in writing for your car. Otherwise, they will flip on you without warning.
Do not trust this dealership. Do not rely on any of their employees. You will regret doing business with them.”

“I'm very excited and very happy with my new Mazda3!!! And I just love the color too, it's snow flake pearl white. We got it yesterday, and today, i drive it to work and the ride is very smooth. Easy to read dials. And I'm also excited to discover the features of this car when I have extra time. Overall, I'm very happy with this car. Milk, our sales agent, he's very good. He helped us from the moment we walked in the lot. He's very knowledgeable and very patient with all our questions. He also showed us different cars and models. Milk is 10 out of 10. He went above and beyond to accommodate us.”
