“I had a great experience at Acura of Concord! Erik Arnold was my service advisor and he really went above and beyond my expectations. I only brought my car in for a routine oil change, but Erik was able to get me an oil change, tire rotation, air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid change and car wash, all for free under warranty!! The previous Acura dealership (whom i wont name) charged me an arm and a leg for just an oil change and car wash. So I came in expecting the same, but it was such a pleasant surprise to learn that my certified pre-owned Acura was eligible for all these services! “Purchased our Acura Integra Type S from here. The sales process was easy and we were happy with the deal we got. The staff were friendly, not pushy and made us feel secure in our decision. They were accommodating and provided drinks/ snacks while we waited. Though, the showroom leaves a lot to be desired.. it was small and a bit cramped.
