“Best car buying experience ever!
This is honestly an understatement of my experience. Typically when car buying is typically stressful and anxious. This was the total opposite for me.
My Salesman Ryan Brooks. On my way there I called to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. I appreciate that Ryan made me feel at ease and got back with the information needed on the vehicle promptly and not forcefully. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my wants and needs for my vehicle and keeping his word that he will make sure I am happy at the end and to come on by. Which we all know “may not happen”
After our conversation and his ways of responding. I knew he cared about fulfilling my needs and making sure I would be happy.
The conversation alone made me feel confident to drive 1 1/2 hours to the dealership.
The best was yet to come!
Walking into this dealership, the whole aura of how everyone speaks to you and the way they speak to one another. The whole interaction I was there for a couple of hours which felt more at ease and like hanging out with family than actually being at the dealership wondering who is going to “get you”. I conversed with everyone there, another salesman man Shane, finance and sales manager Chris. You have to be there yourself to understand. Everyone is nothing short of amazing. Everyone is professional, they work as a team for sure.
You can tell when people love what they do!
Thank you for assisting me in purchasing my beautiful vehicle. I wish you continued well deserved success and hope you make everyone feel the way I felt today while doing something that can sometimes be stressful. You have truly changed my opinion on “going to a dealer”.
These are the type of dealerships you want to do business with.
Even after a long day, I couldn’t even wait to write this review. You are 10 ⭐️ in my book.
Truly, thank you.”

“I had to purchase an SUV immediately due to an unexpected situation with my previous vehicle, and Jeep Chrysler Auto Gallery in Commerce made the entire process easy and stress-free.
Mr. Hill took the time to listen to my needs and what I was looking for in a vehicle and passed that information along the sales team, who helped me find exactly the SUV I wanted.
Rob Nielsen, my finance guy, handled all of the numbers and paperwork efficiently, making the transaction smooth from start to finish. The General Sales Manager, helped ensure everything came together seamlessly.
Thanks to this outstanding team, I was able to complete my vehicle purchase within a short two-day search. I truly can’t thank them enough and highly recommend this dealership.”

“I am writing this complaint to document the extremely dishonest, unprofessional, and unacceptable experience I have had with Auto Gallery Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram regarding the purchase of my 2022 Acura TLX on October 28, 2025.
Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I discovered that the dealership had placed my signature on an extended warranty contract that I never authorized, never agreed to, and never signed. This unauthorized contract increased my loan amount by an additional $3,000, bringing my total loan balance to $33,000 without my knowledge or consent.
When I noticed this and contacted the dealership, the finance manager, Rob, was immediately dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, he acted as though canceling the fraudulent contract was an inconvenience. It was only after I stated that I would return the vehicle and reverse the entire deal that he finally agreed to cancel the service contract and send the $3,000 back to my lender, Global Lending Services.
Rob also assured me repeatedly that this $3,000 payment would push my next car payment out until March or April of 2026. That information turned out to be completely false.
Once the bank received the funds, they applied the $3,000 strictly to the principal, lowering the balance to around $30,800—but my next payment date remained December 12, 2025. When I contacted the lender, they informed me that they do not adjust payment schedules in the way the dealership claimed, and that I needed to speak with the dealership directly.
When I called Auto Gallery again, Rob suddenly acted as if he had no idea what was going on, despite the multiple conversations we had. He tried to minimize the situation by saying the $3,000 being applied to the loan was “better than nothing,” completely ignoring the fact that I never wanted the extended warranty to begin with and that the only reason this issue exists is because the dealership added a contract—using my signature—without permission.
I also attempted to contact the general manager twice to resolve the situation professionally. He has never returned my calls. The lack of communication, integrity, and accountability from this dealership has been unacceptable.
At this point, I feel I have been lied to, misled, and taken advantage of at every stage of this process. This entire situation has caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and frustration simply because the dealership chose to add a $3,000 contract to my loan without my authorization, then failed to honor the solution they promised.
My experience with Auto Gallery Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been unprofessional, deceptive, and deeply disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. No customer should ever have to deal with unauthorized signatures, misinformation, or complete disregard for communication and accountability.”
