“Really impressed with the customer service I received during my recent visit! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by everyone like I was a family member. They listened to my story as I told them what I was looking for with an attention to detail that I haven't had in a very long time from any auto dealership. They explained everything in detail from model features to financing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience-- I even brought my mom to the final closing on my new Forester just so she could see how amazing this team is. I would highly recommend th LaFontaine team to anyone.”

“My salesperson was on time
I explained what I was looking for on a vehicle. He showed me what they had. I test drove the car. Someone looked at my trade in. Alex (salesman) made changes to apps. for me. It went smoothly.
I had checked with other Subaru dealers, but this when smoothly.
I also received call from another Alex who asked if I in needed help with the new techy screen, to call him. I really appreciated the offer of that support.”

“Alexandra made this experience insanely easy. She is so kind, open and easy to be around. She brought us immediately good vibes, never pushed a sale and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be connected with, ESPECIALLY for buying a car. I really wanted to work with a saleswoman and genuinely couldn’t have asked for better. She also had my husband and I pick good vibes cards and mine will forever live in my car because it is so perfectly fitting. I love Alexandra so much that she even helped name our new car. Please ask for her if you’re at all intimidated by this process.”
