I came into La Fontaine Acura looking for a new vehicle, and I had the pleasure of working with Tiara Salome. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The whole team was friendly, patient, and committed to helping me find something I truly loved. You can tell customer satisfaction is important here. Tiara went above and beyond, and I’m extremely grateful for her help. I highly recommend working with her.

Ja’Naiya is AMAZING!! I had the best experience with Lafontaine Acura from beginning to end. Customer service was top notch. I love that they work as a team. Jose, the finance manager was great as well. She didn’t know this, but I was recently dealing with my father’s death and my own medical issue. I didn’t need this process to be stressful, and thankfully it wasn’t. Highly recommend this team. Thank you so much Ja’Naiya🙂

What a pleasant surprise to find my family’s favorite service representative now managing our OTHER dealership we go to. Austin Rayes is a friendly, personable, high value team member and has saved the day for us at LaFontaine Volvo many times! When my mother brought her car in last and he wasn’t at Volvo, it was an unfortunate shock. We were nervous on the experience but truthfully, the replacement staff didn’t stand up to the experience Austin brought to the table when we’d bring it in with him taking care of us. Not even close. I go in to buy a key battery at the Acura dealership and see Austin helping another staff member carry a heavy looking wheel and laughing with him. He saw me outside and recognized me and asked me about my daughter which I had mentioned was about to be born a year ago. A whole year later and this man remembered my name and our last conversation, what car my mom has and all! I read a lot of recent things about LaFontane recently, and combo’d with my mom’s last experience at Volvo, I was hesitant to do business with them again. I asked Austin about all this and he told me that he has personally spoken with Ryan LaFontane and Kelley LaFontane many times and spoke very highly of their characters and good people their family is. I believe it coming from him with no doubt! I don’t rave about anyone like this, and quite literally made a google account to leave this review. I’m happy the company found growth for him and will be bringing my car here for service from here on out.

Jacob the service manager was extremely thorough in his description of the process, the expectations upon completion, and was very open to questions. He communicated with me every step of the way as my Acura TL 2009 was being serviced for the first time in this facility. Until recently, I enjoy a multi decade long service relationship with the Roseville Acura dealership. Recent changes to that facility prompted my shift to Lafontaine Acura. That’s far I’m very satisfied with the experience.
