Buying a car should never be this stressful or frustrating. While Brian was great and clearly doing his best, his excellent service couldn't make up for the rest of the experience. The trade-in offer I received was insulting and far below a fair market price. To make matters worse, the financing process was a total mess. Warning to others: Do not leave this dealership until you are 100% sure your financing is locked in, or better yet, bring your own. I won’t be back.

Used the online price quote tool put our car vin which auto populated features of car. Was given reasonable quote when we got there after driving 2 and a half hours they inspected our Mercedes. And lowered the price by 3,000 because they claimed it didn’t have the speakers it auto populated for our vin and we were off a little on mileage. My mileage was 75,000. I asked to speak to a manager because I didn’t agree with the price being lowered that much and was told the manager was on lunch. There was a lady who did come up to offer help who said the quotes were not negotiable but she did say if we used the gap insurance coverage we would have enough to pay off the original car loan and a little back. She was the nicest person we dealt with and offered help. I did sell it because I wanted the loan done for and I didn’t want to drive two vehicles back home 2 1/2hrs away. CarMax needs a better quote tool online if they are not going to honor what customers are quoted!! Perhaps have a rep should contact and have pictures sent and verify price before someone drives so far. I will never sell to this company again. I feel like what the cars name was they jipped me.

We are second time buyers here. Both times we worked with Brian B. He is very friendly, calm, and takes the time to explain things. His manager, Sean, and Brian worked together to make sure we got the best and fastest service possible. We have also found Brian to be very respectful. As a female, I have left other dealerships due to the sales person only talking to or making eye contact with my husband and not me (even when I was the buyer) or other sexist remarks. But I didn't have any of that with Brian. He treated me like any other person, both times we have bought from here. Would purchase from them again

I had an excellent experience at CarMax, and a huge part of that was thanks to Pedro. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He made the entire car-buying process easy, quick, and completely hassle-free. I shopped around prior at several other dealerships and dealt with some grimy salespeople! That ultimately led me back to CarMax. Pedro took the time to explain everything clearly, find the answers to questions I had about the vehicle, get a decent APR, and walked me through the warranty packages, which were flexible, easy to understand, and affordable. Pedro even checked in with me even after I purchased the vehicle and continued to be helpful which shows a high level of customer care/support. I highly recommend Carmax and will most likely only go there for future vehicle purchases. Highly recommend Pedro if you’re looking for a smooth, honest, and stress-free car-buying experience. I also give a shout out to Samaya who got the paperwork finalized. She was a sweetheart, knowledgeable and professional.

I worked with Mimi over the phone to speak about my appraisal and Brian on the floor to finalize my paperwork they were absolutely amazing! Very fast and great customer service, definitely recommend!
