“Overall great experience. My only gripe would be that I initially sent an online inquiry about a vehicle and immediately received 3 emails and two text messages, after that no follow up. I then cold called the dealership and once I had a salesperson on the line, Tre, the service started. Tre was very friendly and accommodating even though we’re were only communicating via text and email after the first call. Never pressured to come in to the dealership. Between he and his sales manager they were transparent enough about all the numbers to where we were comfortable going to the dealership. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and last minute time changes. Same friendly demeanor and a reasonably fast transaction to get us on our way in our new Bronco. Thank you Tre and Capital City Ford. We’ll see you again in the future.”

“Stay away from this dealer! I drove 2 hours from Cleveland to Columbus after negotiating a price over the phone, only for them to treat me with zero transparency. After we agreed on a price, they actually blocked my phone number. I had to call from a different line just to get back in touch. ​The worst part was the financing scam. I arrived with my own pre-approved loan from Bank of America at 6.04% APR with $0 fees. They pressured me into running my credit again, claiming it was "required" for my bank's loan (a lie). They then showed me a "better" rate of 5.85%. ​The Catch: They hid a $285 "loan fee" in the fine print. This drove my actual APR up to 6.3%, making my monthly payment higher than my original bank's offer. They essentially stole $285 from me upfront and are charging me more every month while claiming they "saved me money." ​Total rip-off. They work against the customer and use shady tactics to pad their pockets. Shame on this business.”

“Andy && Shane at Capital Ford of Columbus really went above and beyond to get a safe reliable vehicle for my family and I. I work in the hills cleaning cabins and I needed AWD. We are working on rebuilding our credit so it was a challenge. Andy checked in with me every morning when he got in for over a week. We were waiting on the original choice to get serviced. After expressing my concerns for work Andy was able to pull numbers within my budget and make this Beasty Beauty ours! Several staff stayed past closing time while we finished our deal ON A SATURDAY! I am beyond grateful for those who helped us find this 2022 Rouge with only 21,000 miles! She was a smooth ride home, and smooth ride in the hills today over 60 miles was nothing to her snow and all!”
