“Go to another dealership. Called them to handle a recall because they're the closest dealership to me, still an hour away mind you. They told me it would take 4 hours plus for the fix and the only option for a loaner while they fixed it was for me to pay to rent a car from Enterprise. So I have to pay for a loaner now for recalls? I own three Subarus and have never had bad customer service until now.
Update: Well... called back this morning per the response here, spoke with a representative in Service, and she again communicated that this dealership does NOT offer loaners for recalls. I now have two recalls for my Solterra. Neither of which I can address quickly because I have to plan a trip to the nearest Subaru dealership that does take care of their customers and offer a loaner for recalls. Which is 2.5 hours away. I'm not sure why the General Manager took the time to reply here and prompt me to call back when nothing has changed. There is not a recent visit from me because this has occurred all while trying to make an appointment to ensure I will not have to be present while the work is done for 5 hours. Very frustrating experience.”

“I just bought a 2014 Toyota Corolla L from Subaru Rivertown and I love it. So far so good! Got a great deal on that car. Can’t complain everything runs smooth it should. I was an owner of 2010 Honda accord! now I am a owner of the Toyota… only thing was bad was that those 4 speakers were burned out. It had little paint damage!”

Sales Experience:
Adam, my salesman, was outstanding. He was very responsive and always timely in providing the information I requested. Most importantly, he kept me informed every step of the way, which made the process smooth and stress-free.
Finance & Management Support:
Brandee in Finance and Danyela, the Manager, both played major roles in helping me stay within my budget. Their guidance and support made a huge difference in my overall experience.
Overall Purchase:
After searching for a car for 30 days with no luck due to poor follow-up from other dealerships, Rivertown Subaru exceeded all expectations. I could not be happier with the purchase process of my 2024 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport!
Final Impression:
The ride back home to Atlanta from Columbus was amazing, and I am truly grateful for the Rivertown Subaru team for making this such a positive and memorable experience.”

“Came in for a warranty repair for a 2019 WRX head unit for the dreaded screen-delamination issue, and was very satisfied with the work performed. Not only did they get me in for services quickly, but also sent a courtesy video of the repair work and functionality so I could verify before re-assembly. Overall very pleased with the service and communication throughout the appointment!”
