“Highly recommend Cameron! He helped our family find and take home exactly what we were looking for! We didn’t find it on the first day, but Cameron kindly checked in with us and sent us inventory that was coming in that could be a good fit until we found the perfect one for us! We are thankful and very satisfied with our experience!”

“Excellent experience… Jorge was a tremendous help with assisting me throughout the repair process on my vehicle. Given the extensive service needed, I still felt at ease knowing my vehicle was in Great hands as well as availability of payment options. Job well done.”

“I bought a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe in April from this dealer and the car seemed to be running and in working order! Fast forward it is only 6 months in and now my seemingly fine SUV has to have a panel replaced that controls the AC as well as an HVAC ! That’s well over 4,000 dollars ! Not to mention my rear camera has been going out for three months now, in which I was informed , I would have to pay out of pocket for that! I have an extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything , except my motor! What’s the point of having an extended warranty when it doesn’t cover shit! That’s a waste of money! The actual Hyundai dealer stated that this problem did not just occur! At this point I’m pissed , because I was told it has just been serviced! They should have caught those issues! Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that is not covered by a warranty and I still have to make payments on it! Keep in mind I have two other vehicles , so I barely drove this truck , unless I went out of town ! That was only twice! There shouldn’t have been a dam thing wrong with this truck , before it was put on the lot , to sale! Only thing saving them from the lemon law is that my vehicle is considered used , so there are stipulations. Safe to say , if you buy from here , it’s best to take your vehicle and put it on a machine , so you don’t get bamboozled like I did! I want mention the sales rep because he was pretty nice and probably only know what they tell him just as the others! The service department needs to be retrained , before placing any vehicle on the lot! At this point , the cars just look nice with low miles and expensive problems , that are not covered by warranty because it is not a new car or a ford! I would say just buy from your dealer and not a lot that sells vehicles other than what is labeled across the building ! Hence , only buy a ford at a ford! Beyond pissed customer and buyer!”

“From start to finish, Lane Wallis was phenomenal and the rest of the team over there at Rivertown Ford. He wasn’t pushy or scripted like some salesmen. He was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel like more than just another sale. He took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us find the perfect fit for both of us. The Bronco Sport is a dream for my wife, and my Titan XD is everything I wanted in a truck—rugged, powerful, and clean!
Lane made the paperwork process easy, walked us through every step, and even followed up after the sale to make sure we were satisfied. That’s the kind of customer service you don’t find everywhere anymore, but they definitely have it there!”

“I went to rivertown Ford thinking that if anybody could fix it they could. They eventually did repair it but only after several attempts of misdiagnosis and part purchases that I made. I made several requests all the way up to the manager of rivertown Ford only to have no feedback I had to take him to court. I would suggest that if you have a car issue they only come up with solutions to replace parts not fix anything. My mistake to pull up and they're nice department yes they were friendly but unfriendly to the wallet. so now this is 3 days later and I get a reply about sorry and you're fake you care. Veterans get the shaft because you're the only Ford dealer near military installation. You replace and misdiagnose. It's not thanks for your service it's thanks for your lip service.”
