“Top Notch Service! I visited the dealership last Saturday after submitting an online search and request for a used vehicle. I wanted something reliable and dependable for my 16-year-old. Needless to say, Darryl Brooks did his thing prior to my arrival. He sent me an additional video of the vehicle that simply reinforced what was shown on the website. The Carfax report showed one owner and the price was just right. My mind was made up. I left a deposit and returned on Monday will very few tasks to complete because he and Hunter made sure everything was taken care of before we arrived to pick-up the vehicle which was detailed, filled with gas, and had a bow on top : ) I highly recommended Acura of Columbus! Update: 09/28/25 - Tomorrow will be two weeks since our purchase and guess what happened? My daughter and I are sitting at a red light with cars behind us when the car automatically goes into neutral freaking us out. Apparently, this happened last Sunday but my daughter was still ecstatic from having her own vehicle that she didn’t tell me. Needless to say, I have contacted the dealership and I’m hoping this issue gets resolved. Stay tuned…”
