“I just bought a truck Friday! And it was the best time. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Antonio is the best salesman ever. Mr.Aaron another salesmen also was beyond nice and made sure when Antonio stepped away he stepped in so I wasn’t lost. Mr.Jon is the manager and he was also so helpful and helped before anyone had to ask. Chris is a salesman who was high energy the entire time and made everyone he met smile. Sid who helped with my finances explained everything in detail, a guided me every step of the way. He also made sure I wasn’t confused or lost being a first time car buyer.”

“This was indeed a wonderful and heartwarming experience. I entered into the dealership on January 1st 2026. Haven't been rejected at many nashville-based dealerships throughout the course of the year, this dealership treated and welcome to me warmly. I've been to this dealership before earlier in 2025. They didn't reject me, but they let me know that they could help once I had a down payment. I finally got everything together. And having been rejected at everyone else, and I do mean almost everyone, a Facebook ad, a friendly messenger message, and I truly believe the Grace of God, drew me back to drop 40 miles to Columbia Tennessee. Mr Damian Maxwell took care of me and make sure I was comfortable with everything as well as informed with all knowledge to make my decision. Ms. Jess make sure that I was taking care of as well as we got together and signed all the paperwork. I had to go back in the next day in order to give the down payment. It was as if I was coming back to some good friends. I do love my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe. She's just what I wanted. And I think everyone at Hyundai Columbia for taking real good care of me.”

“This truly has been the best experience purchasing a car I have EVER had. I purchased the car I have wanted for years, and I was a little on the fence from an experience I had with another dealer.
From the very first conversation, to driving off the lot, I couldn’t have asked for better. There was zero pressure, full transparency, and a genuine care for everyone who walks through those doors.After I purchased the vehicle we noticed a small issue and they remedied it right away at no cost to me. Customer experience is their number one priority. It was well worth the drive and I went in as a customer and left feeling like family. I will absolutely be doing business with Hyundai of Colombia for years to come. Go see them, thank me later!
Oh and PS- My best friend came along with me when I went to go pickup my car, she ends up driving off the lot in a new car too! Merry Christmas to us!

“The forth car buying experience was every bit an amazingly enjoyable as the first. A huge shout out to Antonio, my sales rep. Each time I’ve purchased a new car, Antonio made me feel completely at ease. He really listened to what I wanted and helped each member of my family find the perfect car without any pressure or rush. We are a Hyundai family because of Antonio. Sonata, Kona, Palisade, and a Elantra.
After two weeks of looking at other dealerships and comparing many different brands and models, we found Antonio. What stood out the most is how genuine and patient he was. Trust that I am not the easiest person to deal with. He took time to answer all my questions, explain every feature, and even helpful tips to make sure I got the most out of my new vehicle.
