“These guys are awesome. Not only great to buy vehicles from, but their service is top notch too. The best feature is their video updates that get texted to you while your vehicle is being taken care of; whether it's just an inspection or a full-on issue. The proactive communication is nothing like I've seen in other Ford dealerships...let alone other vehicle dealerships. And they ALWAYS go to bat for you too. Last few major issues we have had, they made sure having the warranty covering them (why you ALWAYS get the extended warranty when buying a used vehicle) was taken care of too. My latest was a transmission that needs to be replaced in my 2020 F150; a $10,000 job that they're making sure Oasis is covering so I don't have to fight that fight.”

“Chapman Ford did irreparable damage to my aluminum wheels on my 2024 f450 limited while trying to rotate the tires then when confronted about told me it was there before and I know for a fact it wasn’t because I clean them often to keep the beautiful factory finish and they’re the only place that’s ever had the wheels off the truck all they said they could to to fix them is hit the with steel wool and detail spray which would cause even more damage to the finish and the coating on them this is far below the quality of work I would expect from ford service”
