“I was very happy with my purchase experience at Columbia. I’m so used to going to dealers and they try to force you into buying useless upgrades like a gap insurance or fabric protecting coatings, etc. but Kia of Columbia didn’t try any of these deceitful tactics. They had upfront straight pricing. Darold was very helpful and they purchasing process and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back to see them in three years when I’m ready to upgrade.”

“Bryan and Shawn were more polite, friendly and professional than a customer should even expect! Both of these gentlemen made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my whole purchasing experience. I've honestly never gotten that level of courtesy from anyone at any other dealership before! I will definitely recommend people from my circle to come to Kia, and I will proudly announce that I got my big, black Chevy Silverado Trail Boss from Kia as well!”

“Our salesman Darold was great! He would reach out every couple of weeks to check to see if we had got a new van yet. No pressure, just checking in and would them say he'd keep looking for us. He was very personable and helpful. He tried to give us the best he could. He even followed up to make sure we made it home okay after buying a van from him and said if we needed him to show us anything on how the van functions, he'd be more than happy to. I would highly recommend both Darold and Kia of Columbia. Side note, Robert who helped the financial part of the purchase was great too!! We are very pleased.”

“I recently purchased my vehicle from Kia Of Columbia. Chey Hullet was my saleswoman. She did a very good job making us feel a part of their family. She gave me her personal number and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle as repairs were made and my car was being prepared. As for the dealership as a whole, it was very clean and clear that they enjoyed helping people bring home a new car. I was offered a loaner vehicle since the dealership was about 2 hours away from where I lived while my car was being worked on.”

“I did my homework and made sure to set up an appointment with our salesperson Gavin Nutt based upon his customer satisfaction scores and exceptional feedback he had from his customers. He was extremely responsive in answering questions whether it was via text or email. I had an idea of exactly what we were wanting in a Telluride and he and his co-worker Nate Bracy made sure the cars were pulled up and ready for us to look over all the options and made our final selection so easy. I was very concerned about trading in my 2017 Chevy SS as it was my dream car and I was very apprehensive but I was treated extremely fairly by the sales staff along with Matt McMahon the Executive General Manager at Kia of Columbia. There had been an EXTREMELY high bar set on my last car purchase of my SS at Elco Chevrolet in Ballwin MO ; however the sales staff along with Shawn in the finance department. The entire process exceeded all of my expectations. Google will only allow me to select as high as 5 stars but Gavin deserves at least another 1/2 star - does anyone know a guy at Google so I can make this 5.5 stars?”
