ââââââ Outstanding Service â Ask for Doug M!
My son recently moved to Columbia, Maryland from New York, and as a mom, leaving your child in a new state comes with a lot of emotions and concerns especially when it comes to making sure they are taken care of.
From the moment we walked into this dealership, Steve, Shawn, and especially Doug M. went above and beyond. Doug M. took extra time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and truly reassured me that my son would be in good hands after I head back home. That peace of mind is priceless.
I am a Lexus owner and have always raved about Lexus-level customer service. My son is currently leasing his Jeep, and with his lease coming to an end, heâs been considering purchasing his vehicle. I have been trying to convince him to switch to Lexus purely based on service alone but after todayâs experience with Doug M. and the Jeep team, I am completely comfortable with him staying with Jeep.
Doug M. showed genuine care, professionalism, and integrity qualities every parent hopes for when trusting someone to assist their child. I am beyond happy that we found this dealership.
To other mothers (and parents): ask for Doug M. He will absolutely take care of you and your family. Thank you again to Steve, Shawn, and Doug M. for such an exceptional experience.â

âWorst car dealership experience of my life.
I went to this dealership to sell my car after being told by their internet agent, Victoria, that I would receive a check the same day.
They gave me a very low offer, which I reluctantly accepted. Then I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes, watching employees sit around doing nothing. During that time, three different people told me I would receive a check. After all that waiting, yet another person, suddenly told me they couldnât issue the check because a second signer wasnât there.
What makes this unacceptable is that they somehow didnât realize the second signer wasnât there the entire 1 hour and 40 minutes I was waiting. Instead, I was talked down to and âmansplainedâ why it wasnât possible, as if this excuse justified wasting my time.
At one point, they lost my vehicle registration and blamed me for it. I later watched an employee look for it, only to find it carelessly left on a managerâs counter. No apology.
From there, the situation escalated and I genuinely felt unsafe and trapped. I was surrounded by unprofessional men who showed a complete lack of respect, communication, and basic courtesy. I was upset and frustrated, and words were exchanged, but instead of de-escalating, they became hostile.
They then refused to buy my car, saying they âdidnât have to do anything,â which made me concerned they werenât going to put my tags back on so I could leave. I repeatedly asked for my car and paperwork and was intentionally made to wait. At one point, an employee literally patted my paperwork sitting right next to him and said, âItâs right here,â while continuing to pretend to work.
I broke down crying from frustration and stress. One of the men, who was part of the problem, then asked if I wanted a hug. This was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and felt sexist given the situation.
To make matters worse, they removed my license plate improperly, and now my rear plate doesnât even sit correctly on my vehicle.
The only name I was given was Shawn (I was told he was a manager, though I strongly doubt it). He had a comb-over hairstyle. Regardless, I would not recommend working with anyone there.
This dealership is disrespectful, dishonest, poorly managed, and lacks basic professionalism. I would strongly warn anyone, especially women, to avoid this place. No one should ever feel trapped, disrespected, or unsafe during a car transaction⊠or any situation for that matter.â

âUsed to have good service and fair pricing here (hence the 3 stars), but today was a huge disappointment. I had a scheduled 9:30AM weekday appointment for my 2020 Wrangler - wait in shop - for a basic oil change and ended up waiting 2.5 hours+. They had about 8 guys behind the counters / inside and only one working two cars simultaneously in slo-mo. I also asked about the regular 20k service (engine/air filter and brake fluids) and was quoted an outrageous $850. Completely unreasonable, it quadrupled to what I paid last. Lastly, the tire pressure light lit up but they couldnât help, said it should calibrate when I drive otherwise I need a new battery⊠We have three cars in our household, and after this experience weâll be taking all of them elsewhere for service.â

âHad probably the best experience with a dealership! My salesman was Eric B., and I told him exactly what I wanted, and he delivered. He made the experience pressure-free and smooth. The team was also amazing; they jumped in to assist with my questions and concerns. Overall, the experience was excellent. Eric B. restored my trust in car salesmen. I will definitely be getting my next car from them and recommending them to my family and friends!â

âI strongly advise anyone to stay far away from Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. This dealership is a nightmare to deal with. The only thing they care about is getting a perfect score on the Stellantis survey â not actually delivering on their promises.
After signing the contract, I waited 17 days to receive the vehicle â and when it finally arrived, it came with multiple issues. The car was never detailed like they said it would be. It had to be taken back to the dealership immediately due to problems that should have been addressed before delivery.
And if that wasnât enough, Iâm still waiting for a copy of the contract. The car has been back 2 two times since it arrived. Itâs been weeks, and theyâve gone radio silent. They were quick to pressure me about completing their survey, but completely dropped the ball on every step of the actual customer experience.
If youâre reading this before buying â take it as your warning. This place only cares about their internal survey scores, not about doing right by the customer.â
