“This had to be one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. I’ve bought many vehicles and sold many but I have never had a better experience then when I bought by truck here on Thursday. I saw a great deal online on a sierra 1500 elevation and I thought it was too good to be true but it was not. It was a service loaner for a little while but the deal they gave me was amazing and what they gave me for my trade was exceptional and they were so kind on the phone. I first talked to Rico and he was kind and very knowledgeable, he treated me and my wife nicely and was not pressuring at all. We couldn’t agree at first and Josh the general sales manager called me and he made me a great deal I could not refuse and they got me approved in no time on the way there as I barely had time and they made the trade, paperwork, and everything else so easy when we got there. hamza was really awesome in the finance room he wasn’t pressuring and told us facts and exactly how everything was priced no bs or anything. The truck was cleaned up nicely and the whole staff was so kind. Thank you for one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Rico, Josh, and hamza and koons just gained a client for life!”

“I brought my truck in to have a warranty repair done to replace a failing pulley for the drive belt. I asked to have the belt replaced as well. This what not covered so you tried to charge me $275 to replace the belt. Looks like $200 of that was for labor, which GM was already paying you for since the pulley replacement would require you to take the old belt off, replace the pulley, and put the old belt back on. Instead of putting the old belt back, I asked to replace it with a new one. Additional labor would be opening the packaging… I asked about this and they did drop the total cost to $160 but insisted they had to charge labor for any part and that that is how the mechanics are paid. Seems like nonsense to me but at least I wasn’t getting mugged as mercilessly for a $275 dollar belt.
A few days later I went to fill up the windshield fluid at the gas station and noticed the dealership had left my PCV hose disconnected. The truck had been idling rough which now made sense since it was being starved for air. I won’t be trusting my vehicles with this dealership moving forward.”

My salesman - Nick - was totally attentive and met all my expectations. A very pleasant buying experience. The Sales Management and finance team were excellent, efficient , fast and straight forward.
I bought my first new Chevy pick up here in 2001 and this Clarksville dealership is a gem and delivers!”

Mr.David wright was so welcoming offered us food before starting .and helped me and my daughter find a car without pushing at all , He was patient and understanding also he helped my daughter to understand how the car works, With the Chevrolet app and the other car details,He also showed us the service department. Theses dealers ship team is really friendly .
