“April this year I bought a used 22 ford explorer timberline in April from city ford in Columbia city Indiana. I have had nothing but issues since I drove it off the lot it still has factory warranty and an extended warranty! They have had it 6 different times since I got it one time for a month and this most recent Time 2 months on Christmas Eve it left me stranded once again. It’s electrical issues they claim and say you guys can’t fix it. I spent $40,000 on this I still owe like $36,000 or so I cannot afford to get another car! Cost me $150 to have it towed It’s electrical issues they claim and say they’re not confident they will fix it.I spent $40,000 on this I still owe like $37,000 Their solution was for me to trade it in At a loss of $13,000 and getting a new car through them which would increase my car payments from anywhere from $250-$500 a month I don’t know it seems like a scam.”

“When I bought the vehicle, the sales person was fantastic, but they told me I "HAD TO HAVE" the paint protection. They said they couldnt sell me the vehicle without it. Totally illegal. But we wanted the vehicle so we bought it anyway. I purchase a warranty with them as well which was great. I recently traded in said vehicle and called to cancel warranty. Finance guy BLAKE BYERLY told me it would take 2 months for me to get my refund check. (Which is BS) After a few days, their cancellation department reached out to me and said that the warranty was never cancelled and she apologized. Classic finance manager doings. Would I recommend this store, sure. But someone of the people and policies they have, are just bad.”
