“This place gives used car dealers a worse reputation if that's possible. Purchased a Toyota Highlander. Had some blemishes so asked for a discount. Made a big deal about $100 discount off high end of retail! Got it home and no heat. Our mechanic confirmed half of the heater box was GONE! Motor, linkages, broken Blend door. Their mechanic confirmed the same thing. $1500 for a heater box! They would not fix it. What makes me mad is that they wouldn't even work with us at all! Stay as far away from this place as you can. Read the other reviews if you don't believe me.”

“Buyer Beware! I purchased a used vehicle from Bart’s Car Store and unfortunately had a very negative experience. The dealership did not disclose that the vehicle had a severely rusted frame—a serious safety issue that should have been communicated up front. While the sales process was smooth, the lack of honesty and failure to stand behind the condition of the vehicle was unacceptable. I expected a fair deal, not a hidden problem that now requires costly repairs or makes the vehicle unsafe to drive. I would advise anyone considering a purchase here to have the vehicle fully inspected by a trusted mechanic before signing anything. I can’t recommend Bart’s based on this experience.”

“I was referred to Bart’s car store by a friend who purchased a car there. I was greeted by Corey the sales rep. He showed me around the lot and asked me a lot of questions concerning the vehicles I was interested in. The next day he met me at the Columbia City store. He gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. No pressure at all. I purchased a Ford explorer sport The car was a 2019 63000miles. The car is more than I expected to purchase and I got a great deal on it. I am very happy with my visit and purchase at Barts.
