“I recently purchased a 2023 F250 King Ranch at Franklin's Spring Creek Ford and a great experience it was. The listing came up on my Facebook feed, I called and made a 3 1/2 hr. drive from NE FL., he truck was exactly as advertised. “I recently purchased a 2021 Ford from Spring Creek, this purchase was done entirely by telephone and email. Process was easy but I asked my salesperson whom I was dealing with about the tires on the vehicle: specifically did they all match. Salesperson assured me that they did. I drove 3 hours to pick the vehicle up on Saturday morning. It was raining and after a quick test drive completed the paperwork. After getting home and doing another walk around I quickly noticed that the tires were not matched. The rear tires were different, different brands 1 all season and 1 all terran tire. I reached out to the salesperson to see if we could do something to replace the AT tire because it is a different size as well as being the different tread. I stated that since the other tire was all weather that I would keep it or replace it on me, admittedly I should have noticed the difference. Management does not wish to replace the tire because it is not damaged. Check your vehicles closely before leaving!”
