“My experience at Winslow was by good measure the best car buying experience I’ve had in over 40yrs of buying cars. It was not drawn out and painful as is the paradigm at the majority of dealerships. My salesman Darren Nicholson did an exceptional job of streamlining the process and making sure my needs were met. Sales manager Grayson Richey couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating - not pushy or hard to find. Their colleagues in finance and client technology were also friendly and efficient. “Leased a car through this dealership. 1. When first signed paper, sale person said I would get full car detailed interior&exterior when I bring it in for service but that was a false promise. I got only exterior & and the front interior only, not back passenger area. I've never experienced the half car detailed before. 2. As a previous review on here, there was really no customer service. I felt like I had to beg for service. Nobody really cares. You better dress nice and show them you are loaded. I've never been treated like this at any dealership in my life. Only one older gentleman, whom I believe was a shuttle service driver, cared to ask if I had been helped and actually helped me. 3. I replaced 4 tires a few months ago but they charged me for new 4 tires because they were not BMW approved tires. And I don't get them back. No credit, no discount. I paid for 8 tires. Too bad, I liked the car itself but will think twice to get BMW again in this town.”

He answered all of my questions and was extremely attentive and a pleasure to work with. Jim the finance guy was also great. I used to have a BMW that I had serviced there with Jason whom I really like as well. They were fair and responsive to my requests.
