Estevan Gaitan, was amazing he got me into a car when other dealer ships turned me down. He was so helpful. Very easy to talk to you. He even came and picked me up so i could get to the dealer ship. The atmosphere was very comfortable. Not one time did I feel awkward. Every body was so welcoming. Thank You

i’m giving them 3 stars just because they sold me my favorite series car; i feel as they sold me a pos. The test drive went well i drove it but when i stepped on the pedal a bit my girlfriend noticed the car shook but i was just too excited to notice so i brushed it off. I asked questions about the car about its service history and they assured me multiple times the car was serviced and inspected interior, exterior, under the hood, tires things of those natures. I believed them as anyone would think a dealership wouldn’t lie about that. After I purchased the car I drove home (4 hours) and during that drive i started to notice the shaking my girlfriend noticed in the beginning but then again i brushed it off thinking the road was just bumpy. THE VERY NEXT DAY it was even worse so i went to my local discount tire to get them checked out and they show me the wheels are bent from the inside (not visible). I called the dealership because he told me about this insurance like reimbursement for wheels and tires and said to buy them keep the recipe and call the company to get reimburse. So i did and the company said that’s not how they work i’d have to file a claim and go through an entire process. All this happened because they sold me the car like that. They even went as far as to say it was my fault that i might’ve hit a pothole causing the bent smh. I was forced to buy wheels literally the very next day of purchasing the car. That same night i find that my drive door does not lock with the remote and i have to take out the key manually and unlock it; this is sorta my fault for not checking before but still they 100% new about it and still sold it to me, the part cost $300+ not including the labor. Couple months go by and my left rear shock gave out. I took It to a dealer to get an inspection and said that they’re old and worn out and the fronts aren’t too behind so now I was forced to buy a new set of 4’s and get them installed; AND NOW my fuel pump needs to be replaced smh 😐. Moral of the story they sold me a car without inspection and have to put all this money into it within 6 months NOT EVEN A YEAR.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I have to be very brutally, absolutely, extremely, and genuinely honest about my experience with the entire team at South Colorado Motors. From the very beginning of negotiations all the way to the moment I drove off in my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie, the team went above and beyond in every single way.
