“BUYER BEWARE! These people are selling unsafe cars and are completely dishonest. I purchased a vehicle was told I would have to wait a few days for the work to be done on vehicle. I was told the mismatched tire would be replaced on my vehicle, front brakes replaced, motor mounts replaced, oil change ect. There was already a new windshield installed on inspection. I was called I believe 4 business days later saying the vehicle was ready. Picked the vehicle up drove home 1.5 hrs at night after work. The next morning I noticed the mismatched tire was still mismatched. Upon further inspection the motor mounts weren't replaced. Also after driving the vehicle for a couple days the front brakes are making a ton of noise. I contacted the salesman and asked why they hadn't been done when I was told by the salesman and technician they were doing them. I have a text message confirming this see pic. A few days later within 500 miles the motor started knocking. I sent a video of the front brakes making a ton of noise, and the motor knocking to the sales manager. I asked about everything he said the tire wasn't replaced with a matched tire because they were discontinued (after hanging up the phone I found out this was a lie as well discount had them in stock locally) the motor mounts didnt matter because the motor was knocking anyway and for some reason I owe an addiontal $100 because the taxes were not done properly on their end. Austin told me he would have to talk to the service director and call me back on monday. Monday comes around Austin basically tells me I bought the vehicle as is so they couldn't do anything about the motor and then laughing asked if there was oil in it, which there was. He asked for me to send the picture of the text confirming motor mounts should be done and would get back to me about that and I still haven't hear back. Wish I didnt buy a vehicle from these people they are dishonest and clearly dont care about the product they are selling people.”
