“Great car, however we were told a blatant lie when we heard the brakes squeaking we were told it was because the brakes were brand new when in fact, they were terrible and we had to replace them. We had the mechanic call because the tie rods were also bad and they refused to give them mechanic the name of the warranty company. This attempt was made three separate times and all three times that you were given the runaround. We did call Ethan less than 24 hours after we bought the car and told him there was something wrong with the suspension and we were basically laughed off”

“⭐☆☆☆☆ Deeply Disappointed — Do Not Recommend We really wanted to support Mile High Auto because it’s veteran-owned and claims to be “for the people,” but our experience has been nothing short of awful. We bought our car from them in August and have only been able to drive it a couple of weeks total. It’s been in and out of their shop ever since for issues that should never have been present on a vehicle they sold. Each time we call for an update, we’re told the service manager is “out picking up cars they’d like to sell,” and we rarely get clear communication about what’s actually happening with our vehicle. To make things worse, the owner refuses to speak with me directly — he will only talk to my husband and won’t even acknowledge me when I come into the office. That level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. We regret trusting this company and would strongly urge others to look elsewhere. No one should have to deal with this kind of unprofessional treatment or unreliable vehicles.”

They're kind people and were very patient while I was being wishy washy with my selection. Dean made sure I would be very well taken care of after I drove off the lot. “My review is based on VIN verification service and my interaction with staff - specifically Ryan. I walked into Mile High after several frustrating and failed attempts at OTHER places to get vin verification for an out of state vehicle. The staff here is exceptionally friendly. Ryan helped me out and he was thorough, informative and very helpful. I am so thankful for the easy, smooth process. It took just a few minutes of my time, and cost $20. He gave me information about their other services as we worked on the paperwork. It was such a great experience that we have decided to come here when we purchase a car for our daughter next month. It seems they also offer automotive services so we will be coming here for our next oil changes on our 3 current vehicles as well. Very pleasant experience - will be recommending them to our friends and family”

“I bought a few vehicles here over the years. Most recently I bought a Honda Ridgeline and had a great experience once again with Richard and Radu. They were very professional and knowledgeable without being pushy, as I’ve come to expect. I like dealing with a small locally owned company. Since then, I’ve had the vehicle for 4-5 months and yesterday I brought it back for a scheduled oil change and service with Nathan and Ben in the service department. They were wonderful to deal with and went above and beyond to maintain the Ridgeline for me. I expect it will last many years with these guys taking care of it.”
