“We were looking for a used car for our daughter. We visited a couple dealerships and weren't impressed by what they had on the lot. I looked on-line and found one at Bob Penkhus that we thought might be a good first car. We went to the dealership without an appointment and didn’t know if the car was still available or not. We got there and didn’t wait long until we were paired with Jeremy. Jeremy looked in their database and unfortunately, the car was already sold. Jeremy asked us if we’re interested in looking at other cars and what our budget was. He said that there were other cars that could potentially fit with what we were looking for. We looked at 4 cars and test drove a couple. Jeremy was very helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding. He was not pushy and did not pressure us to make quick decisions; he was trying to help us find a vehicle that met our needs. With his help, we found a car for our daughter. We picked up the car on New Year's eve. The whole process was smooth and not too stressful. We'd highly recommend Jeremy at the Bob Penkhus Mazda on Powers to anyone looking to purchase a car. “This is the second Mazda I have purchased with this dealership and my fifth Mazda I’ve owned. Overall, my experience was satisfactory. If you are thinking of purchasing a Mazda, please ask for Sage. He was the best part of the experience. Worst part was the silly add-on of ceramic coating and theft protection that you cannot negotiate off and the cost for those was $499.”

“I bought my truck this past Saturday from a Mazda dealership, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect going in since I wasn’t buying a Mazda. I figured they might not care much about someone picking up a used truck from their lot — but that couldn’t have been further from the truth. Before I showed up, I scheduled everything with their sales manager, Jesse. When I arrived, they paired me with one of their best salesmen, Dart. This was my first time ever buying a vehicle from a dealership, so I’ll admit I was anxious and a little intimidated. But Dart made the whole experience comfortable. He was professional, personable, and I never once felt like I was “just” a used-car buyer. He treated me with real respect from the start. The entire team went above and beyond throughout the whole process. They worked hard to get me the best deal they could, especially since the bank gave them a tough time because I didn’t have previous auto-loan history. Even with all the hoops they had to jump through, they still made it work. What impressed me most is they stayed a couple hours past closing to finish everything — and not once did they make me feel rushed or like I was keeping them from going home. That alone speaks volumes. I live in Denver, but I’ll absolutely be returning there in the future and recommending them to anyone I can. They earned a customer for life.”

“I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked through the door. The general manager greeted me right away and immediately looked for an associate to help me. While he was doing that, I asked him about the cars, and he was incredibly thorough in explaining each vehicle to me. My salesman was Dart, and he was absolutely amazing—very friendly, very kind, and extremely easy to talk to. He asked me what kind of car I wanted and made sure to meet all my needs. Not only did I end up buying a car from Mazda, but because I didn’t have a way to take it home, Dart and another salesman actually followed me home that night. The customer service was beyond exceptional. Truly an unforgettable experience.”
