“Terrible first and last experience with this dealership. I was contacted multiple times by a sales representative, Nicolas, over the span of two weeks. He reviewed photos of my car, confirmed everything looked good, and provided an estimated appraisal range before scheduling an in-person visit. I rearranged my schedule and drove over an hour for the appointment. While I was already on the way, another representative, Rachel Pagan, texted me confirming the appointment and saying she looked forward to meeting me and appraising the car. I responded immediately, but after about 40 minutes she followed up saying they were no longer interested due to modifications something that was clearly visible in the photos they had already reviewed. I understand dealerships have their own policies, but this should have been communicated before scheduling, especially given the distance and time commitment. Overall, a disappointing experience and a lack of consideration for a customer’s time.”
