“Q was great. Her and I were in communication from start to finish which made this process really easy. She listened to what I wanted and was able to deliver and get me in and out to enjoy the rest of my day. If purchasing from Nissan ask for Q. I will say afterwards it’s a challenge to get in touch with the finance department. I had a question/concern and actually still haven’t received a call back after reaching out. It seems if you have questions you should go in person to ask if regarding that department which is a pain”

“I bought a brand-new 2023 Nissan Leaf and have been making every payment on time every month. One month, the system showed I had to make a payment by money order, even though I always pay online. I still made the payment like usual, but after that, the dealership started calling me almost every day.
When I answered, nobody spoke. When I called back, nobody answered. Finally, when I did speak with someone, I explained that I always pay on time and asked them to please check their system — because the issue seemed to be on their side. I told them I’m a busy person and these repeated calls are frustrating.
Even after that, I kept receiving calls with no response. It’s been a very bad experience overall. The dealership does not take responsibility or care about customer satisfaction.
If you want peace of mind, don’t buy from this dealership. They give you unnecessary stress and headaches. There’s no option to give zero stars, otherwise I would.

“I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Ace was amazing. He’s super friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me find a car that I genuinely love. Every conversation with him was easy and enjoyable.
Aemal, I understand he has very busy schedule, but still made the effort to personally assist me whenever I needed help, even after the sale. That kind of care is rare.
They’ve truly earned my trust. I didn’t just enjoy the car itself, more importantly I enjoyed the entire experience of working with them. I feel lucky to have crossed paths with such genuine people.”

He consistently takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure I’m comfortable with the process, and ensures my car is in great shape. His professionalism and friendly attitude make every visit smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Mike if you're bringing your car in. He truly goes above and beyond!”

“My truck has now broken down for the third time—after being towed there twice and left with them for over a month. They charged $4,000 for repairs, yet nothing is fixed. I’m now stranded in a dangerous and stressful situation on my birthday weekend, broken down 45 miles from where I was supposed to meet my family to celebrate. “Totally incompetent” doesn’t even begin to describe it.
There lack of accountability for endangering my life is mind boggling and totally unacceptable”
