“I don't know what it is with Honda dealers, but they seem to have the laziest and rudest staff no matter what dealership you go to. They are all act like they are doing you a favor selling you a car.
I had to call this place 3 times because no one would answer the phone. Strike one.
The forth time someone finally answered. I asked to speak with a sales manger or someone in finance. Instead of just transfering me, this extremly rude respsionist starts grilling me about what I want to talk them about. Im thinking it's none of you business, but I'm like I have questions only they can answer. Strike 2.
I finally get a hold of this woman in finance and she had a worse attitude than the first lady. Im explaining I am working with a program that pays your down payment. I see they are not on my list of dealers but if they are willing, to submitt an intrest card and my approval code, they can be added to the program list. Honestly not that big of deal, all the other Seramonte dealers (Ford, Toyota, Chevy etc. ) are on it. She rudely starts with "NO NO NO that's corporate we don't do that, I don'thave time for this" blah blah blah. Obviously just a minion without vision. Strike 3.
Finally, If there was a such thing as strike 4 , the pics of the car on the website didn't even match the description.
I'm in LA, I was going to pay cash, and I was willing to fly up to buy the car. Just imagine how difficult that would have been with this dealership.”

“Salesman Jackson Sun was very nice and efficient. We came into the dealership to buy my mom a used car. It went very smooth. We got the car mom wanted at the price mom wanted. No muss. No fuss. Great job, Jackson!”

“I stopped by Honda of Serramonte Collision to get a repair estimate for my accident damage. The woman who actually handles collision inspections and estimates looked at my car and immediately told me that the only way to get an estimate from them is to leave my car at the dealership. She said they don’t do upfront estimates at all — they take your car, lock it in, and only then create the estimate, contact insurance, and start the repair process.
This is completely opposite of how every other body shop works, where you first get a full written estimate before deciding anything. At Honda of Serramonte, you’re forced to surrender your car just to find out what the damages even are.
If you’re not planning to leave your car there for who knows how long just to get an estimate, stay away from this place.”

“After seeing the car I desired, available on the website, I called and was informed it was ready to show. Upon arrival at the Serramonte Honda, I was greeted by Jeff, who i had spoken on the phone with. We went for a test drive, did the paperwork, and financing all within a very reasonable period of time. Matt assisted with the financing and both gentlemen were very pleasant to work with, and I am happy with my experience. As far as my new ride, I am very happy.
If you are looking at purchasing a new car or upgrading to a Honda, call Serramonte Honda and ask for Jeff. He and Matt will make sure you leave as a satisfied customer. I did.”

“I came into Honda of Serramonte and they already had given me a great deal on the car. I came in at 11 AM and I was out by 12 PM. One hour for the whole process. I have never heard of a car buying experience that fast. And there were no obnoxious sales tactics used, not even once. Nelson Tam was the most helpful salesman I have ever worked with. Thank you for making this an awesome experience!”
