“I had an awesome experience with this dealership from start to finish. Marina was my sales rep and she was fantastic — super responsive, transparent, and easy to work with the entire time. Atiah, the manager, also went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and fair. They offered me such a great deal that it was 100% worth flying in from LA to pick up the car, and I’m really glad I did. No games, no pressure, just straightforward and professional service. If you’re looking for a dealership that actually treats you right, I highly recommend asking for Marina and Atiah. I’d absolutely do business with them again.”

“I’m writing this review to make other buyers aware of my experience with South San Francisco Cadillac, especially those considering a premium vehicle. We purchased a 2021 Cadillac Escalade, and this was not a cheap used car. Because of the price point and Cadillac’s premium reputation, we expected honesty, transparency, and full disclosure. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. As first-time Escalade owners, we relied on the dealership to clearly explain what was included with the vehicle. This transaction was handled virtually, which I will never do again, but at the time I believed it would be acceptable because Cadillac is a well-known, reputable company . That made transparency and accurate representation even more important. Our purchase was handled by Marina (sales associate), and we later communicated with Atia (sales manager). Before signing paperwork, I specifically asked if there were any cosmetic concerns, and I was told no, other than a scraped area on the bumper. After taking delivery, we discovered additional cosmetic issues that were never disclosed, including: * Scratches on the window panels * Deterioration/peeling of interior trim We also discovered missing items and features that were not communicated upfront, including: * Missing navigation SD card, despite navigation being listed on the sales listing * Missing keys for the roof rack * Other missing or broken components When we asked about the missing navigation SD card, we were told it is “an option” and that if the original owner didn’t purchase it, then the vehicle simply does not have it. This response was especially frustrating because navigation was advertised in the listing, yet the required SD card was not provided. When we asked about the roof rack keys, we were told that if the previous owner did not leave them, then the dealership does not have them and provided ZERO solution. As buyers who had never owned a Cadillac Escalade before, we had no way of knowing that the roof rack requires a separate physical key that is not part of the key fob—something that was never explained during the sales process. While the dealership later offered to buff the scratches on the window panels because I reach out multiple times, these issues should have been disclosed upfront—especially after we directly asked about cosmetic concerns. As agreed, we are handling the scraped bumper paint ourselves through our own autobody shop. These are not minor details. Had these issues been disclosed, they absolutely would have affected our decision to move forward with the purchase. Discovering them only after the paperwork was signed was frustrating and disappointing. The core issue here is lack of transparency and misrepresentation. When purchasing a high-end SUV like a Cadillac Escalade—especially through a virtual transaction—buyers should not be discovering undisclosed cosmetic damage, missing components, or inconsistencies between the listing and what is delivered after the sale. I hope this review helps future buyers inspect carefully, ask very detailed questions, and ensure everything advertised is clearly documented in writing before purchasing from this dealership. Proceed with caution - I am still waiting for a solution .”

“Had a great experience at Cadillac SSF! The whole team was helping me out between finding the right car for me and getting me a deal that I couldn’t walk away from. “My Experience at Cadillac of South San Francisco (Colma, CA) I originally stopped by the Chevrolet dealership across the street and decided to take a quick peek at Cadillac, honestly, a brand I never imagined myself driving. That changed fast! I had the chance to test drive the Cadillac Lyriq, and I was fortunate to meet Damion, who guided me through the entire process. He was professional, patient, and truly focused on helping me find the right fit. His manager, Nana, was just as incredible, warm, supportive, and knowledgeable. Although we didn’t land on a deal the first night, Damion never gave up. We stayed in touch, continued to work through the details, and a couple of weeks later I came back and purchased the exact car I wanted. The service I received was exceptional from start to finish. Damion and Nana showed patience, follow-through, and genuine care throughout the entire process. I’m also grateful for my guy Tony in Finance, who made the final steps smooth and stress-free. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The Lyriq has completely won me over—it’s an amazing vehicle, and I’m honestly surprised at how much I love it.
